In "My Wallet" it indicates "Bonus money Freed" and "Bonus money Total" but doesn't indicate Bonus money paid.

it never did release by 20 chips, and  they could never tell me how i got my bonus when i asked them so i had to watch and im pretty sure it release by 2 chips and sometimes it takes awhile to hit the cashier

Yes, this should be a big improvement and was supposed to be the original method the exchange was done.  It will show btc on the website but show the updated rate every time you buyin to a tournament.  We will add this to the list of considerations.  We appreciate your valuable feedback.

I just wanted to post here something positive.  I have been playing on betcoin poker for about a week now and have not had any issues at all, except for maybe once I forgot to unregister from a tourney that I knew might cancel, so I think I lost my buyin on that.   But I was already aware of that issue and I'm sure it will be fixed some day soon, everything else has worked perfectly for me.

Two quick updates from BetcoinPoker.com staff.

1.  The conversion between btc and WPN tournament buyins is now done in real time and will adjust with the current market value.  This was supposed to be the original setup however it was hard coded in at a specific price.  Now, the precise value of your btc in and out of a tournament for dollars will be exact at the market rate. 

2.  We have noticed the disconnects and some canceled tourneys and tomorrow we are undergoing a massive server upgrade which will cause 2-3 hours of poker downtime from 5-8:00am EST.  This is a necessary step to ensure there are no issues moving forward. 

We will continue to work very hard to bring you an exceptional overall gaming destination.  As always, we appreciate any feedback, questions and suggestions you may have.   Thank you for playing with us and we promise many more future improvements to come.

On my client I don't have any WPN tourney or sng games. Only Betcoin games. It's like all the action just up and left. : /

Also, during this massive upgrade is there a ledger of sorts for game history/ FULL transaction history?
