It doesn't matter. If multiple bets are made within one transaction, only the first bet will be confirmed. You have to send multiple transactions to make multiple bets.

everything was before game time.

i didn't know that and did not see anything related to that on Rules... i expect them to pay me since it was before game time and it even had 3 confirmations i think like 3 minutes game in.
Though I had issues with other bets and they did help me, i hope we (me and them) can solve this issue peacefully.

what type of bet did you do? there are 3 types, flexible and other 2 types.. if you dont select fixed odds you'll get the odds that the game have when they confirm that they received the transaction

I did a five team parlay with a dice bet included. I believe I did not choose flexible odds.[

This is explained in our Rules and Help pages :

"
Do not send multiple bets in the same Bitcoin, Litecoin or Dogecoin transaction. This non standard way of sending coins is not supported by our automated betting system. If you do that, one of your bets might be processed normally (if it's the first one in the transaction) but the others will not be processed and therefore will not confirm and we will have to refund them manually.
"

However, one of the bets resulted in a Push (Carolina @ Cincinnati). As a result, the Toto ~ Parlay odds were reduced to reflect that. The new odds were calculated as if this bet was never added in the first place.
