just wanted to test this coin out. on a single 750Ti I get 4.1khash/s - is that ok? I somewhere read something about 25khash? 

The new n-factor is the culprit. But you should get 9khs at least. Try lookup-gap 3 and batch 4096

I increased the lookup-gap to 4 now, which gives me the best results so far: ~8.6khash per card.

This is actually an upper bound, achievable only under ideal conditions (no competition, etc ....). This also depends on amount/composition (size of transactions) of coins in your wallet, but more realistic estimate of actual interest would be around 2% per year

That is more or less correct. There's no way to estimate real rate. But it is less that 5% per coin year
