Back in 2017 I used to sell off my ICO coins once they hit 3x,

This year its a different market, I made decent profits last year, so am just holding coins that I have faith in this year for the long term such as ADA

Hopefully the next few years sees an increase in awareness and use of the crypto products

Your strategy has a place to be. Explore the project in more detail, read the chats in the telegram. Then you can choose what to leave for the long term. I have little faith that there will be ICO's that will give huge profit percentages. It time has passed unfortunately.

Depends on how much profit you are aiming to, since you're not holding for a long time then why not sell it when the prices went high, just do what we're good at "Buy low  and Sell high" or if you can, try to wait for the bullish season for sure the market value of all coins during that time will be really high.

Not this time. BTC keeps falling and it might reach to its lowest value for a long time, might break to $6,200 and ETH and other alrs are following BTC's trail is it now preferrable to sell. I would suggest to make invesments, Hodl it, and wait for the pruce t incrrase then once you are satisfied with the price you can dump it off for profits.

Why are you selling all the coins, why don't you leave 25% or 30% of each altcoin. Why don't you fix your profit above the price of ICO and thus wait for the price that will be higher than the price you bought and still get the top profit not counting those coins that you save.(25-30% coins). How can you know what will happen to this coin, it can grow as Ethereum in its time from $ 5 to$200

Yes, I always sell my altcoin when the price is rising, I mean if I sell will make a profit. But if I have a bad luck I will hold them. I have not more strategy or specific best time. But I know better when I must sell it or hold it.

There is a reason the HODL meme is strong. You can sell any of them that are up and get some money back but that same coin could drop 30% or more and you are now down. Or you could sell one and then it jumps 300% and you are pissed for selling it and not the others.

If you do sell one, sell the one you believe in the least.

No, it`s the worst time to sell alts, the market is low and you will sell your promising coins for nothing. Hold them for a long time and prices will rise up, I think it will starts in the near future.

At this moment are very bad situation for alts coin, So this is not best time for selling.Other thing is how much profit you expect than you should be going to sell your coin.I think all over is depend on the market condition.If you sell with panic, then it will be lost definitely.Now this time is only for buying alt coin not for selling.

Sell when you're satisfied with your earnings but also remember that the market situation may not let you reach that price level for a longer period of time. If a project is good then think abut it long term and hodl.

it's true and to sell coins at this time it's better not to. because market conditions are worse and you can experience huge losses later. so it's better to hold it first until the coin price stabilizes

well when we actually sell now it will get a big loss. especially for now my asset estimation is very big loss,I will still wait for a price increase

So better to keep off and hold your assets, time will come and bounce back will happen again, we can't be sure that it will come right away or maybe till the end of this year but hopefully everything will be in line when crypto market start to increase again investors interest, look at the last year's historical graph and make it as basis before doing any decisions about selling out your assets.
