This could be a double edged sword. Someone trading KDC on Mintpal has about 3 BTC to play with and they'll pull that wall when the price has raised high enough to dump for a profit. They usually use a couple of walls of about 1.5 btc to simulate buy support. Once they've dumped half, they'll chuck in a sell wall to keep the price down to buy back in cheap.

It could also be a new player, but it follows the same pattern as it has over the past few days.

I updated my client but it won't sync anymore... it keeps saying No block source available, 9 weeks behind.
I created the klondike.conf file with the nodes on the first page, but nothing changes
I tried to manually add the nodes in the console but it keeps returning a -1 error
Can I have some help please

3. Backup wallet.dat
4. SERIOUSLY!! DO STEP 3
5. Delete everything except Wallet.dat
6. Run Klondikecoin-qt.exe

Because in 90% of the cases people are lazy or inpatient. It might take some time for the wallet to sync up after that fork, I had the same problem, couldn't find a block chain for 4 hours after update, left it over night and never had problems since.

If you follow the steps correctly there shouldn't be any problem at all, it is impossible that the same software works for only some of the people.

1. Backup wallet.dat

2. Remove everything from /appdata/klondikecoin EXCEPT wallet.dat

or

2.remove the whole folder BUT BACKUP WALLET.dat

3. download the new wallet and run it.
4. If you removed the whole folder in step 2, close the wallet and replace the "new" wallet.dat with your backup.
5. Run the wallet and wait
6. Keep waiting
7. Go to sleep
8. It should be done in the morning, if not then get back to me.

It really isn't that hard.
