Sure hope the new algo is going to be groestl. Not to mention its same energy inefficiency with scrypt, scrypt-n already looks to have its days numbered in-so-far as ASICs go as well. https://www.flowertechnology.com/Yes, we have delayed and not wanted to rush into anything for this exact reason. We felt that X11 would have issues as well. We want to make the right move so everyone will benefit. Would you please elaborate a bit on the X11 algo having problems? Thanks. Scrypt-N ASICs is proved scam, check Vertcoin thread. Algo have to be scrypt-n. There is no alternatives yet, X11 is FPGA-mineable already.

The only thing I dislike on DGB is the lack of preannouncements or fixed ETAs. Would love to read more about my favorite coin

I thought the past week or so it's been rising? So far totally negated the BTC rise this past couple of days. Edit: oops, I mean it's been falling

What's the best/largest volume/trusted DigiByte-specific pool or multi-coin pool out there where I can specifically designate Digibyte for mining?

The pool didnot work for me. From what I have heard FGPAs are already mining X11 coins but X11 might be a big problem.

Got my 8mh on my p2pool and working without problem like the others mining with me. What is your setup ? GPU, ASIC? (For information gridseed are not able to mine p2pool) Do you know also that when mining on p2pool you have to wait at least 12h to have a fix reward.

I dont want to 'jinx' DGB holders, investors or potentials, however.. with the recent rise in BTC prices, many MANY alts were sold (dumped if you want to say that ), to cash in.. DGB is holding fairly firm. This to me, is a very VERY good sign.
Edit: Not ALL alts were sold to cash in on the BTC rise, but a very noticeable # of them.

Agreed, looking at the markets on a couple of exchanges it has been a bloodbath for a lot of Alts since the BTC price rise. Still thinking we will see that DGB breakout sooner rather than later.
