Vericoin is moving up. Can we take any of these features to implement into DGB? It is now at 55000 satoshi!

Can you imagine what might happen to the price if people could easily charge their credit cards to get into crypto currencies by buying Vericoin?!!  Let's think about it for a bit since right now many people want to get from Fiat to Crypto but don't know how and with this they not only get into Crypto easily (no coinbase needed) with leverage, they also buy into the most promising coin.

This is a huge unknown as to what effect it could have on the purchasing demand for the coin and this feature alone might have a much larger effect on the price of Vericoin than the 1000 Darkcoin Masternode buyers had on Dark!  And do I need to remind people how many multiples of X Dark went up after people began buying 1000 Dark for Masternodes?  Something like 15X.

Get all the Veri's you can folks.  I have a feeling that the 3rd mkcap spot is already being reserved for us!

I like that concept though and an adaption to DGB would be a great innovation. but we have to keep in mind its no witchcraft, its time intensive work. could be considered a concept for the future after the fork in a few weeks.

 Agreed. I am just trying to show what other coins are doing to increase innovation, marketing and price increase to drive in more miners / investors. I remember when Vericoin was 200 SAT. Their supply is 26M coins, so maybe that has an impact when DGB is 21B? Not sure, but I know Vericoin was converting from POW to POS, or something of the nature.

digishield was a great thing! keep digishield evolving and dgb interest will remain alive!

My suspicion is that the multi algo will cause interest from miners and other buyers, which should see price increase. Should be interesting!

Yes it should boost interest from miners! We are getting ready to organize a large scale final test. We are working on a mining pool as we speak to help facilitate the test.

We are out of China and back in Hong Kong. Some very good things are happening for DigiByte internationally! Stayed tuned for more updates. We want to release an update within a weeks time. Thanks again for all your patience & support!

Multi-algo was never meant to be a unique feature. There are already other coins with multi-algos, i.e. Quark.
The change will be made to secure the network and raise miners attention. Not more not less.

edit: however, DGB will be the first coin that switches to multi-algo

Even if it would be you won't mine anything with wallet miner as it mines with CPU.
