After sending two messages using btc-e internal pm and an email to the admin, still no resolution to this issue. I would recommend new users to be cautious depositing nmc and try a small amount first if any. Still waiting for a clear update. I received one message back with one word in the message "check" and no other response from the admin.

Holding my judgement for now, but with the evidence I linked of my deposit being confirmed, I don't see why updating my balance would take this long. Use caution if you don't wish to have your coins in a limbo for days or for good. I will update any progress here.  

Update: Every thing is as it should and Problem has been resolved. Admin was quick to respond and no issues here. Seems I may have been mistaken.
