Although we were really surprised by the massive amount of miners ready to fire up their miners, http://steadymining.com pulled through. We would like to thank the devs of the coin for their support of our pool. They showed a lot of dedication in answering our questions. This is a great start for a new coin!

Just got payment from pooligans.
They have not paid me for my hour of mining at their pool. I do not recommend them.

Right now I believe that there isn't much point in mining unless you are geographically close to a node, or have a seriously low-latency pipe. Too few block sources = many orphans... Pinging the three sources I was using gave me 260ms, 260ms and over 350ms, so I guess orphans are inevitable. There was an earlier comment that a mistake in the CONF would have the same effect - not sure about that - what specifics?

Anyone still getting coins from the P2pool? My payments stopped about 15 minutes ago.
I had the same problem. 2 rigs get payment, 1 stoped at 2.22h (local time - 20 mins ago). Restart und now its runing. But strange is: 1. Rig 2.1 GHs = 56 coins/block (for 1000 coin block) 2. Rig 1.4 GHs = 12 coins/block (for 1000 coin block) 3. Rig 1.8 GHs = 8 coins/block (for 1000 coin block) All have the same setting, all a starting at the same time - nearly.

Well, all things considered ... this could have been worse.
At least the coin wallet didn't have any issues
