Now looking back, I think the US association made the coin popular.. A digital, better version of USD...When the coin started to stay away from that, many people lost interest.
PS: I'm not a US citizen, not even from America..

we should make a straw poll.. WorldWide or U.S. AssociatedI think centre can still be based in US. But the idea is international dollar that can be used Can you imagine a dollar that can be used all over the world with no conversion required I think if we stick with this and imply that the name "USDe" is an electronic version of "USD", then that will take a lot of attention. Maybe one day $1 will be 1 USDe within the crypto currency. Someone should prepare a good, clear, colourful and professional explanation for this.

Agreed. Seems everyone has an opinion on this topic. We can easily revert to using the original layouts and all, but we'd need a majority vote to implement the change. Perhaps the POLL should also ask about the logo -- i.e. current iteration, or back to Benjamin Franklin (gcr0n's)? This should be done before wallet updates are finalized in the next 2-3 days. BTW for those celebrating <3 Happy Valentine's! we should make a straw poll.. WorldWide or U.S. Associated

[/quote] totally agreed. we should focus on USDe is electronic U.S DOLLAR. this is what appeals to me and my chinese folks. everyone looks at the name on the first sight, thinking, oh good, U.S dollar electronic coins. everyone loves dollar, and everyone will love USDe. also, i really love the earlier LOGO, which looks so familiar as DOLLAR NOTE.

I think we should stick with USD. It was the original idea. And this way we don't have to choose between US or world since dollar is a international/global currency. So I prefer idea that USDe is a crypto version of USD. Speaking about 'free people currency' it is nice, but the same could be said about ANY crypto.

Agreed, but no one is actually underlining this fact by making it their tagline. USDe's mission is to reach the average mom & pop and middle-class working family. Eventually it should be easy enough for your grandma to click, get USDe and buy stuff with it! All of this will take quite a bit of time and effort with a limited budget, and I have personally spent thousands of USD already; however if there are some generous Bitcoin holders in the community, please feel free to donate here: 1N2ZrY7zft13WY1hw8zfAHc2pDzXFXFj1Y -- the funds will be used wisely and strategically to get us closer (and a bit faster) to our collective success.

An injection of 20-30BTC would be have a positive impact at bringing the per USDe price closer to where it should be before mass adoption occurs; however this buys us a little bit of time to catch up and fine tune things, the wallet, the Web Site, content and most importantly assemble a trustworthy board of advisors, all of which are in progress. USDe needs buy support
