Why is USDe trading at 40 satochi?? PEOPLE!! We need to BUY while these idiots are dumping, let's get rid of those stupid low Sell orders and build up the Buy order book. Once the price starts moving up on the exchanges momentum and demand should build to get the price back up where it belongs, above 100! BUY BUY BUY!

I tried downloading the new windows wallet from both OP page and main website yesterday... I deleted all data except wallet.dat and conf file(deleted old nodes and replaced with nodes on OP page)... now I get a microsoft C++ runtime error whenever I try to update... does anyone know what is going on?  Everything was working fine before wallet update.

Does the message come up right away when you start the wallet?  Are there any further error details?

Did not mine for steadymining for a long time. Just started it up a few minutes ago, all worked fine for me.
When did this problem start?

Sometime in the last couple hours. At work so I just have to rely on their dashboard. Dashboard showed 0 so I remoted into the computer and it had failed over to another pool. It seems I can't even connect to blockchasers either, so it's fallen back to another coin.

The site seems to have been having issues since yesterday, but my mining was fine. Right now I can only connect to the site on my work network, when I use their public guest one it doesn't work and when I tried to connect using a browser on the home comp it couldn't connect either.

They indeed had problems yesterday with people not being able to reach their website. They posted here that they fixed this.
Do not use blockchasers as failover as they are closing their pool.

Ok didn't know about blockchasers closing down, hadn't used them in awhile, I'll remove them from my list. It does seem steadymining is still having issues though, I left a message for their support to see what's up, but the number of miners in their pool is at least half of what it has been on the low end, so I think something's wrong. I'll have to find other pools to add to my list as well.

My P2Pool nodes have been shut down due to near to zero usage.
For the few that occasionally use my USDe node (usde-p2p.mine.bz:9448 aka p2p.mine.bz:9448),
please configure one of the other nodes.

So for the first halving event at 1/3 coin supply, correct me or make improvements:

Total Supply = 1.6 Billiion, so first 1/3 is at 533 Million.

We are at ~465 Million right now on 3/18.  Leaves us 68 Million more to halving reward event (4K to 2K).

At current 4K reward per 1 minute, that is 1440 minutes daily x 4000, = 5,760,000 coins generated per day on target.

So, 68,000,000 divided by 5,760,000 is 11.8 (days approximately) until event.

That would be on or around/after Sunday, March 30th?

The math looks good. Last time I looked into it, the first block halving was to occur around April 1st or 2nd, so end of March looks about right!

Hopefully we can get some interesting developments announced before then  Cheesy

I've started a twitter to help Crimea Tatars....

https://twitter.com/helptatars

I don't know if USDe want to be part of this project or not....

1. Donation starts on twitter.
2. Trying to create a network for Crimea Tatars
3. Visit Crimea
4. Talk with local store if they are interested in adding USDe coin
5. Use donation for the new generation (meaning, if a new baby is bird, then some coins will be giving away)
6. All donation will be spend on Crimea Tatars.
7. If the person in question is not interested in the coin itself then this will be replaced by hrivnas.

So if USDe is interested in this project, then please let me know... then i create a donation account for it and will add it on twitter.

PS: I visit Ukrainian several times a year, and a few times i went to Crimea. My contact person is checking if local store can be interested in altcoins...

There seem to be some dns problems with the steadymining pool atm. I would recommend to directly connect using the ip adress, so use this to connect your miners:
