Hello team
I am unable to login to my account from a month. Your team replied to fix this issue in 2 to 3 days on 1st December and I never heard from them again despite sending few emails again.
While looking to other people issue, it seems like an exit scam?

it isn't missing... check on LEDGER on left menu. The xvg wallet is down, probablu till 20th of january

Can anyone pull information of founders/ceo or team member? in case we need to put a police complaint? I received an email of successful authorization but the page itself is under maintenance for 15 to 20min, apparently more than 3 hours now.

That maintenance dialog box is a random thing that's been happening every so-so. I don't think it's real tbh.

My XVG balance is missing completely. And yet all of the other balances are intact. I have barely been able to actually log into the exchange today, since it seems like the exchange is on maintenance 24/7. Can anyone provide some explanation to this? What happened to my XVG?

XVG is not the only one missing, I noticed before VTA (or some other penny coin that starts with a v) is missing too.

Yep, that's true. But i finally figured it out, if you check the ledger menu, it stills shows your coins, it seems they just turned off a lot of wallets for maintenance. I hope nothing shady is going on.

guys I repeat once, the XVG and other coins aren't missing (until now). Click on "LEDGER" in the left menubar and you will see all your coins. Only thise wallets are "missing" because are in maintenance mode (probably till 20th january) since nobody can fix them.

What a disappointment. Support said they fixed it and either, the balance is on the blockchain (which it isn't, check tx id 4efc62eb793d9d22a4f8a720e1476f165b9ec35505c9c99cbfcf220791adfb47 - it leads nowhere!) or it has been returned to my balance. Which it neither has.
Also, they closed my ticket, so I cannot reply, and I cannot create a new one, because "I still have one open". What the actual fuck, Yuri!!
I'm gonna give c-cex the benefit of doubt until short after Jan 21, to resolve this. Maybe it's really just a bad situation. Whatever the reason is, they should srsly reevaluate their support staff. It's fucking insane that they tell me that I received my funds (which I didn't) and at the same time prevent me from answering the ticket and / or creating a new one.
