Did anyone get their Verge paid out yet? I've tried 6 times since yesterday morning and it keeps saying instant withdrawal failed to create transaction ID

It's been 3 days since I have not received my coin. I sent the ticket 3 days ago but you did not reply. I pulled out my landcoin but did not see the wallet. The addresses I entered are correct. Check where my currency is? I confirmed the link in my email but my Landcoin is still not on my wallet. I checked that the address is correct. Abbandon this site emediatly! DEPOSIT wont show up saying 22of3 confirmations?! Then when it finaly arrived withdrawal wont work + support just sends standart texts without even reading what the problem is...

Still trying to withdraw since 2 days, trying it every hour. Usually they say “instant withdraw did not work, we transfer it manually” and then they just cancel it (about 50times now). I wrote 10 Times to support and the only answer is like “please go to your email and verify your withdraw" This stupid shitfaced scumbags just keep my money!!!!
Last 2 times they have another very useful text when I try to withdraw Now it says: "Sorry you withdraw to fast, try again in 10minutes”
WTF? 100% scam, don’t ever bring 1satoshi to this exchange, NO SUPPORT + NO withdraw possible

I am waiting for more than 2weeks to withdraw my funds.. it is very frustrating and no one is reviewing the tickets, except for that automatic reply.
Can anyone from CEX team look at my ticket or at least give a reasonable explanation why two of my transactions are pending since start of December?

When I withdraw ZNY today, after i clicked withdraw confirmation link in email..my balance lost and no record found in history. I have created ticket 532064... please help to check. Please resolve my problem by December 19, before long vacation.

C-CEX holidays vacations!
From December, 20 till approximately January 20 we will switch to "limited service" mode for New Year vacations.
We will: provide trading service, API trading service, C-CEX codes creation and redeeming, fiat deposits and withdrawals. We will not: provide all cryptocoin and tokens deposits and withdrawals, support ticket service.
If you need your cryptocurrency to trade here or elsewhere during "limited service" period - please, deposit or withdraw it before December, 20. Please, do not send any deposits during "limited service" period as they will not be posted to balances.
We will resume normal service after January, 20. We may resume normal service earlier.

It's more than 24 hours I try to withdraw my XVG to different addresses, I tried so many I forgot now... not only several attempts... dozen and dozen. Everytime the same failure message after the confirmation email, then the funds return on my wallet on C-CEX. I waited 24 hours hoping it was a temporary issue, but it's not... And then after so many problems you go to holidays in 2 days... bah
