C-Cex, it's impossible to use public/trade API - it constantly asks for Captcha. Told about the problem in support ticket almost 2 months ago.

Yes, we limit it sometimes for maintenance. But most time it's ok. (works fine now).

Are you limiting it now? I can't get a single call on my server to return a valid result while I can pull up the api just fine in my browser. You seriously expect people to enter a captcha for scripts and code? Wtf? Why not just ban or rate limit?? I'm using a popular provider (AWS).

Btw, it's a cloudflare captcha request... Maybe you should change your cloudflare settings so it doesn't do this...

Now it works 1-2 minutes, and then "Server Maintenance" next 5-10 min, and it repeats continously ... It's impossible to trade normally. Is ccex doing anything on server upgrades and is there any ETA for solving those "Server Maintenance" messages? Does admin understand that both users and ccex are at loss? Or maybe it's time to forget all this and look for a new exchange ...

Helo i have another problem with C-CEX.com

Yesterday at 18:20 i have transfered ZCASH and BTC from HitBTC and Bittrex walets to C-CEX.COM . At 19:30 i tryed to sell ZCASH and this moment i saw what web page is on maintenence wait 15-20 minutres.  After i loged back at 20:00 i saw balance 0.0326 usd whats all i have!!!     When i opened my wallets hystory i saw this.

I have not did this selling and buying transactions.  I have lsed more when 80 usd...   Last week when i registred i didnt made 2 factor authentication. Other people can so easy cheat acc? Or it was made by C-CEX team.

I would recommend withdrawing all what you have on ccex, if it starts working again By reputation of this exchange, you may never know when it will go to permanent "server maintenace" together with all your coins. I'm using it now just for Payeer payout.

BTW, is there any other exchange with Payeer payout (withdraw)?

I'm having troubles with this exchange for a while too. It's a terrible exchange since it has no liquidity and it's always in maintenance, which makes very hard to trade there, not to say impossible.
I have placed a Sell  order completely bellow the markett price for more than a week and it's just siting there. What is most strange and even more suspect in all of this is that I can see buy orders with traded values every single day, very much above the price that I'm selling for, and I have already cut the price several times; The SELL order is for XOT and I've already posted a few days ago a comment in the C-Cex chat complaining about the situation but their solution has been to deactivate the chat and only allowing to participate users with more than 3 days old account and a mimimum 0.1 BTC, wich I don't have anymore, because this exchange besides suspect and ineffective it will probably go down soon and I've already withdrawed almost everything.
So, I just wanted to share with you my example and I only keep there the mimimum cryptos that I must in order to sell for the minimum prices ASAP and close my account next, so my advice to everyone is just keep your distance from C-Cex and withdraw everything from there the sooner you can.

i just wonder why the fees for btc withdrawl so high;0.002btc

increased 10x than usual,only on c-cex with fees like this

Hi , i did hold 500 ZCL (t1K6yaALYRamEFxQdrw9yXJz8HfVwbPRXwT)before the split and forgot about it.I would like to get the 500 zen resulted from the fork.I know you do not support zen but nevertheless it is rightfully mine.So please show some good will and return the 500 zen to me.Not supporting does not give you the right to hold it from me.After all 15.000 $ is an important amount (at least for me).I even would agree with paying a fee for your effort up to 50% from what i held here.I think it is more than a generous offer and it worth your while.Unless you want to cash it all yourself.

How do I get my flat USD out of C-Cex? It gives me only payeer and these guys cant verify my card even though I gave them multiple legitimate government issued documents. The other option is to send via some strange russian site to paypal but there is a min of 200 USD for transaction and I ain't going to invest more in C-Cex until after my ZCL got lost until I see some return. So long story short, how do I get my money?
