When I withdraw HSR today, after i clicked withdraw confirmation link in email..my balance lost and no record found in history. I have created ticket 530047... please help to check
Me too, my balance is missing after i withdraw 3000 XVG, i open a support ticket (530097) please check

We will: provide trading service, API trading service, C-CEX codes creation and redeeming, fiat deposits and withdrawals. We will not: provide all cryptocoin and tokens deposits and withdrawals, support ticket service.

Me too, my balance is missing after i withdraw 3000 XVG, i open a support ticket (530097) please check Me too, after requesting a DOGE withdrawal today and clicking at the confirmation link, my balance lost, but the transaction never come throught and there is no record found in history. hi.. i just want to share my experience in c-cex. in December 8, i deposit BTC & bought LTC. i have existing XBY coins as well in my account & i log-out. After a couple of hours, i signed in again & unfortunately my balance went to zero. i check the transactions & there were tradings that have been done but no withdrawals.
i check with the support team but their answer is not clear., they just ask me to check if there were history of withdrawals i didnt received any emails for withdrawals or trading.
Can someone help me to understand what has happened? is doing trading possible to transfer balances? Hope someone can help... thank you

Helo i have another problem with C-CEX.com
Yesterday at 18:20 i have transfered ZCASH and BTC from HitBTC and Bittrex walets to C-CEX.COM . At 19:30 i tryed to sell ZCASH and this moment i saw what web page is on maintenence wait 15-20 minutres. After i loged back at 20:00 i saw balance 0.0326 usd whats all i have!!! When i opened my wallets hystory i saw this.

I have not did this selling and buying transactions. I have lsed more when 80 usd... Last week when i registred i didnt made 2 factor authentication. Other people can so easy cheat acc? Or it was made by C-CEX team.
When i wrote a leeter to support answear was. It is my problem all was done by me.
this is exactly what happen to my account... have you able to get back your funds? i still didnt get a clear answer for this & still not getting back my funds..

You're saying no deposits, so not even new bitcoin deposits will be accepted to initiate new trades? And withdrawals of cryptocurrencies must be done before December 20?

Are you guys having login issues? I opened a ticket but after first attempt, tells me I need to wait xxx seconds. I wait and get same thing. Not cool when you can't log into your account. I have never had problem before today.
Ok I did finally log into my account but still wondering why I had to wait so long. Strange.

Please, resolve ticket 529941! RGC withdrawals recorded in history, but not found in block explorer! On the recepients' both are pending fo 5 days already. Hope you fix it before vacation. One month holidays is very unserious for currency exchange in my opinion.
