I am successfully withdrawing fiat from CEX 20.december to my Master card. Also, my friend withdraws euro today.
Now I receive an email from Cex, "Temporary suspension of Visa withdrawals has caused an influx of withdrawals via alternative methods."
What is exactly means for us who's use MasterCard and verified accounts?

Don't panic C-CEX holidays vacations!
From December, 20 till approximately January 20 we will switch to "limited service" mode for New Year vacations.
We will: provide trading service, API trading service, C-CEX codes creation and redeeming, fiat deposits and withdrawals.
We will not: provide all cryptocoin and tokens deposits and withdrawals, support ticket service.
If you need your cryptocurrency to trade here or elsewhere during "limited service" period - please, deposit or withdraw it before December, 20. Please, do not send any deposits during "limited service" period as they will not be posted to balances.
We will resume normal service after January, 20. We may resume normal service earlier.
Happy upcoming holidays!!!

C-CEX staff took a month's long vacation. They will return to normal operations on January 20th. |

I have loaded ilcoin into my c-cex wallet. And now I have lost all the ilcoin.
I searched in history, and saw the dump. I lost 6026 ilcoin.
Is there a way to get it back?

I withdraw 0.154 BTC from C-CEX, I received a confirmation email. I clicked on the confirmation link .. my BTC disappeared from my balance !!!!!
The withdraw was not made and the balance of the BTC is zero.
Are my coins lost or stolen?
Will BTC be returned?

Withdrew BTC, clicked the link on the confirmation email and the balance disappeared from c-cex, but did not show up on the other end and no history of the transaction.
Should I assume my money will be returned on Jan 20? Are there any options that anyone's aware of to expedite the process/confirm that the money was not stolen?

Update: I found an email from March 16 2017 warning about a failed log in attempt. The IP address pointed to Ukraine. That was definitely not me. Have it been disabled for security reasons?
