Everytime i ask for a withdrawal no link is sent? Then it logs me out and i have to redo this process. It's very annoying.

Ah thnx. I got the same problem but now i know what is causing this.
Do you recommend changed emali to a gmail account or do you expect the problems to be resolved.

Waiting everytime by making a ticket is just a waste of time for me.

Gmail has our mails in seconds. For faster resolution, please create ticket with e-mail change request.

Changing mails is not a final solution right. Do you know how many people use outlook, hotmail, live etc.?
If you care about your custumers you fix this. Either check if MS put c-cex on a blacklist and change the ip, or use a SMTP mail server.

Else, me and probably other users will be force to leave the exchange.

Not much and we are resolving each e-mail change request tickets very fast. Our sending mail server is set perfectly and sending mail to all other mail services without any problem. It's microsoft mail service specific issue. So it's not a big issue. Everybody can get new mailbox from other service in seconds.

But listen please, the moment i want to wtihdraw a coin or btc it is because i need it. I don't want to do it and create a ticket at the same time. then wait for support to acknowledge it.
Both parties are spending too much time for something that should be as easy as 1 click.
I can't believe someone likes the extra hassle...

Understandable, but there is not our fault that everybody can receive our mail except microsoft. They have their own policies and for unknown reason disabled receiving mail from us.
From our side there is no big delays with changing e-mails by user's request.

Maybe you should add Ripple as one of the major trading markets and Microsoft will change their filters and stop blocking you.

In the first case you could set up a seperate mail server for outgoing mails? You have to agree this is very frustrating for us

Have you try to add our mail to trusted? And write to their support to allow mails from c-cex? More people do it - more chance to solve this problem.

I joined today c-cex exchange website and the UI and UX seems to be pretty clean and white, at the night mode the white color is 100% white maybe you should make it darker a bit.

Actually it's not white. It's #eee. But could be darker - yes. Will fix it. Any other thoughts about interface?
