Wow, didn't know about these guys, but it looks like they are small market and won't see much action? By the way, warm welcome to DyslexicZombei in the thread. Anything could happen, but I'd hope there'd be a big rise after the fork, from relief & excitement when it works this time, publicity about the update and masternode payments, and maybe a rush to buy masternodes because as previously discussed they might be 3 times more profitable than expected the last time. But yeah, there'll probably be buying beforehand from people who know enough to expect it to go well, so they can buy before it goes up. |

It's great we have people pooling for masternodes. I hope some day we can do it with a system so trust isn't' involved, but it's great that trusted members are willing to do this for everyone! Mr. President, I'm having trouble getting on darkcoindtalk, so I'm going to quickly put my comments down here in case they're helpful. This is for chaeplin's Masternode setup guide : How dumbed down do you want to make this? LOL. If you want to make it easier for a newb like I was/am back 5 months ago, there are a few things that would help: 1. Explain that EOF means End of File, LOL, it messes things up if you include it in your file) 2. When rebooting the instance after setting the iptables rules, sometimes you can't log back into your Amazon instance. Because of that, I didn't upgrade the distribution for a long time. Then I discovered that if you reboot on the EC2 instance management page on the website, you'll be able to log back in. 3. at step 9, until the source for the masternodes is available, you need to just download the compiled version, so maybe that should be noted. Just cd /usr/bin and do sudo wget http://www.darkcoin.io/downloads/rc/darkcoind then sudo chmod +x darkcoind and finally go back to home directory cd /home/ubuntu. 4. On one machine I need to use darkcoind -daemon or else I don't get my prompt back, might be nice to list that trick. 5. we now need other info for darkcoin.conf files IF you want to run your masternode with the 1000 coins inside it: masternodeprivkey=to get this, set masternode=0, run darkcoind and run command: darkcoind getmasternodekey masternode=1 or 0, depending on if it's on or off addnode=23.23.186.131:9999 Got to go, have a great day everyone! Will be back later  I will add your notes to guide. I added compile procedure on purpose. I think you know that why i did. |

There are some guys with a full brain who can tell with 75% accuracy what the price will be. I seen that shit. Besides theres nothing else to talk about at the moment  |

There are some guys with a full brain who can tell with 75% accuracy what the price will be. I seen that shit. Besides theres nothing else to talk about at the moment lol, if only they could. A 75% prediction accuracy even just up/down would be insane. Predicting an actual price level would be a completely different ballgame. |

Even after a year there are going to be good moments for traders, look at the volatility on Bitcoin and that's 4-5 years old now. 10% daily gains for 4 months is over 9,000,000% gain. As for at least 10% daily gains for minimum at least a few months... I think someone's exaggerating just a smidgen.  |
