After thoroughly testing masternode payments on testnet, we were surprised when they didn't work properly on mainnet and caused issues. As it turns out someone found a way to alter the masternode payment messages in transit and cause this behavior on mainnet. You are using EXPERIMENTAL and FREE software. You didn't pay for Darkcoin-qt so you get no guarantees and nowhere on the package it says finished! Ever noticed the big fat ZERO in front of every release number?
 
Also you should be f*kin' happy about all the updates because they prove a healthy and ongoing development. The myriad of shitcoins out there sure as hell have trillion times more unfixed bugs than Darkcoin will ever have. If you're unhappy with the update cycle: There's the door.

I set up my very first masternode today and got on the global map, had only done testnet masternodes before, am proud to have you at the helm Evan, and thank you very much for the amazingly speedy update, keep up the good work, will be happy to help in testnet again when required

If you have no development, you have no updates.

I think everyone who's been with DRK for a while is already very used to this. The team is working relentlessly to create more value to the users, and the least the users can do is to keep the network up to date!
