I'd really love to see more of the Chinese move some of their funds from BTC and LTC into DASH.

Of course those are paid trolls.  Why else would they be hanging for so long?  XMR must be a dying coin, apparently operated by kids.  Who the hell would want to invest in that community after seeing this constant avalanche of crap?

So the daily payout rate is currently 70 cents for 1 Masternode?
It's approximately 576 (ideal blocks per day [24 hours x 60 minutes divided by 2.5 block confirms]) x 4.64 block reward (floor value adjusted for diff; block reward decreases by ~7.1% annually) x 40% (increases 2.5% per month until 60%) = 1069 coins to the masternodes divided by the masternode count (2322) = .46 DRK/DASH per day x .0113 BTC rate = .0052 BTC x $288 BTC Price = $1.50/day.

Or if you're too lazy to compute this yourself, see last line here: http://178.254.18.153/~pub/Darkcoin/masternode_payments_stats.html

I don't think they represent XMR as much as they think they do. There are good people in every community is just the trolls that need to be ignored. I don't believe community members from any community want to be represented by trolls. They are a problem for both the community they claim to be representing and the community they troll.

I think trolls are a side effect of anonymous forums, it just dehumanizes people and brings the worst out of some.  I am sure if we were at some sort of real life event/debate, they would be ashamed to behave like that.

Well they should know better then and be more sensitive to their position and how they represent their community. If they do that it just reflects badly on their project.

$1.50/day per Masternode. Does this go up or down with marketcap?

Also, I haven't calculated all costs in yet, such as paying Ghost to help set me up a server, and then for maintenance/updates.

This is what I have so far.

Cost:
Masternode Setup = 25 DRK
Server Update, General Help, Step-by-step install, etc -> 10 DRK / h

How often is a a server update needed? How much does it cost to run a server 24/7 for 1 year.

I'm trying to calculate initial cost and maintenance cost. If I can make near $1 per day in profits, then I'd be happy to put up more nodes. How often is payout?

Also you have MN share services from Splawik, Mangled Blue etc. They run MNs for a small fee ( i.e. Splawik 22% from payments, all included )

On the bottom is says: Payment fees are NOT included!

If I may, what are were your startup costs and how much do you cost to your nodes per month?

I regularly have had random wait times of over an hour with bitcoin to and from exchanges, queue times to go into a block can be 40 minutes.
And if you think thats bad, try accidently not paying the btc transaction fee, you will get stuck in the memory pool as an unconfirmed transaction forever (36 hours for me) and there is nothing you can do about it and almost all the miners will not touch your transaction and place it into a block. I believe the latest bitcoin wallet prioritizes large and important transactions even more, so this could get even worse.

Dash is 27.3 times faster with syncing and updating than Bitcoin and 93.7 times faster than Monero. Bitcoin (v0.11.0) has a Tao ratio 11.2% faster than bitcoin (v0.10.0) release.
Dash (v.0.12.0.49) = Tao sync ratio = 0.15 seconds / hour of update || Dash (v.0.11.2.23) = Tao sync ratio = 0.24 seconds / hour of update. V12 versus V11 speedup = +36.5%
Bitcoin (v.0.11.0) = Tao sync ratio = 4.14 seconds / hour of update || Monero (v.0.41.1)  = Tao sync ratio = 14.2 seconds / hour of update

As you all know by now, I think it was a material mistake not to properly acquire Dashcoin.  I won't rehash my reasoning but will offer the following proposal as I still own enough Dark where I am concerned about the ramifications of the move:

1.  If Darkcoin decides to properly acquire Dashcoin, I will donate my nearly 9 billion Dashcoin to the Darkcoin foundation, free of charge.
2.  While obviously it's only my word, I give my word that I don't own more than that and will not buy more.  I, and nobody I have any material relationship will (that I know of) profit from the transaction.

I'll leave this offer on the table for 72 hours from the time of this post.
