here's an update for the new dashcoin DASH animation..very good rebranding  Cool

I've been trying to work out for some days whether you were having a sarcastic laugh with us.

But then I've realised you were serious.

Ummm.....I don't quite know how to put this....but here goes....

That would have to be the most lame, underdeveloped, pathetic and frankly laughable brand "mascot" I think I've ever seen! If 'he' (I assume) was supposed to encourage people to buy Dashcoin I think he's right up there in effectiveness with iCEBREAKER's attempts to sully the name of DASH (i.e. completely hopeless).

Given your smooth words of invitation, and your evocation of the honorable HH Hoppe, I can only conclude that you are far worse than a simple troll, you are the type of vile corruption that clothes itself in holy garb so as to destroy the lives of innocent children for their own carnal pleasure thus robbing them of the hope sexual pleasure and joyful faith.

There are few who wish me harm that I will not respectfully and hopefully call friend--you are one of them (though I still hope you might change)...

IGNORED!

I was nearly caught out too.

We come in peace, shoot to kill, shoot to kill. We come in peace, shoot to kill, shoot to kill.

As you found out, I put him on ignore about 4-5 posts in to the little spiders web he was laying out.

Thanks for the heads up on the ignore  Smiley

Anyone has an idea of how to get Volume data for DRK for the last 10 to 15 days, a way to get daily volumes for a period of time would be great. Need it for official DASH business. If any of our traders can help I would really appreciate it.

Cumulative volume across all exchanges might be tricky but Cryptsy has a API call in the V2 version which will get OHLCV series by day/hour/minute

Try this and use the volume info for the period of interest to you:

From their thread :

Quote
Block reward = (M - A) * 2-20 * 10-12, where A = current circulation. Roughly 86% mined in 4 years.

----

I think this is the issue.

There must be a relatively small number of serious bag holders that are sitting there getting more and more pissed off that their precious is not making them rich.

If only my big bag of XMR was worth the same as DRK, I'd be stinking filthy rich. Read - why the fuck don't I go and troll DRK and see if I can devalue DRK and get people to see the world from my Monero tinted glasses.

By George, I think you've cracked it.

Dear Anon136,

It is with true regret that I find myself declining your gracious sounding invitation. My post history will indicate that I greatly appreciate intelligent, reasoned and cordial debate as a means of arriving at understanding ones opponents, even if agreement is impossible. Your tone, verbiage, promise of impartial elimination of trolling, as well as your icon honoring Hans-Hermann Hoppe, gave me hope of participating in a venue which might generate more light than heat. Sadly I found your first post inflammatory, imbecilic, crude, and generally lacking in any of the finer points of rhetoric, philosophic or scientific quest for understanding, or even common decency. I will not offend the readership of this forum with so much as a quote, and strongly suggest that they find better ways to waste their time than visiting your thread.

IGNORED!

That's enough for me! I knew it was another "wolf in sheep's clothing" situation. Glad I didn't even go to the thread's first page.

Are you guys serious? NOTHING I did was trolling. I wasn't laying any spiders webs. I was attempting to promote a better place for xmr vs drk debate than in our respective threads. THATS ALL.

If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?

https://DashTalk.org is now live!

All old links/threads/posts/anything will automatically point you in the right place.
Currently I need to update the logo for the site. If anyone could provide me with the new logo with "Talk" underneath it as a transparent background .png. I'd be extremely grateful.

So now we know what is driving the troll behaviour.

6.9m coins in less than 12 months, held in a broken piggy bank by relatively few people.

Yeah cumulative volume for all exchanges is what I was looking for, it indeed seems tricky. If anyone has any idea on how to get this info I would really appreciate it.

Okay so I went to the first page of your thread. The presence of smooth and iCEBREAKER were enough to turn me off completely but I persevered. I then read your first post where you talk about DRK/DASH being "so god damn inelegant" and "the devs decided to take the whack a mole approach" and "its just so god damned ugly" and "it's a vulgar solution to the problem" and then your "nomination for dark mascot" picture of some sort of mutant deformed cartoon character.

And after such a critical and non-objective posting that just screams "yet another Monero fanboy pissed off about DRK's success" you wonder why we're not interested?

You're all the same and I don't want to have anything to do with you.

Go away.

I'm guessing you meant "higher" as it's currently around a dollar higher than Bitstamp and Bitfinex (and yes that is very unusual).
