shit. Did I really admit to the scam mine? What was I thinking. Now we have nowhere to hide. How can we police the thread and pull in suckers into the scam mine?
Let me just point you back to the very words you said about a deliberate scam mine and the amount of coins involved. If its not 1m, then its not far off. No misquoting needed. Your words. No one else said it, dear 'dev' - its all on you. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421615.msg11215652#msg11215652Props for admitting the truth. It is the first step back from scam salvation. I correctly quoted myself above. 1% or less was directly attributable to the delibate and blatant de-optimization (i.e. a scam by the previous developer/s). The other numbers I gave -- which you are now continuing to misquote -- are due to people optimizing miners, just as they do to this very day with Dash/X11. That is not a scam, no one is deliberately manipulating anything, it is just what miners normally do.

we went all out to pack hunt in the coinmarketcap thread and deliberately introduced hate threads to make them think the issue was bigger than it was. Then we didn't bother to tell them about the monero scam mine.
They were your words about the monero scam mine. All yours matey. No misrepresentation needed. That's right, before the scam code was detected by a kid and you had to take it out. Must have been a sad day. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421615.msg11215652#msg11215652Go ahead, break down your words and percentages to mean something else. You could probably talk your way into saying it was satoshi who introduced the scam code into your little scam mine.

Besides, they just 'dev' other projects code - you know, "why reinvent the wheel?"
I have a suggestion for you. Rip out all the code in Dash that came from a another coin. See what's left. Just X11, Darksend, InstantX... just the two tier masternode code...mehhh If you rip out Monero code that came from other coins... see what's left...

The scam launch code, that's what No wait, they didn't know about that, or did they? You'd think that knowing a scam existed before, they would have looked at the code? Maybe they did and liked what they saw and decided to leave it there until a teenager spotted it, and then the game was up.

At this point, a huge amount would be left including the main blockchain consensus code because it has been refactored and rewritten. The PoW has been rewritten and optimized several times. Along with large portions of the p2p (refactored for QoS), various aspects of the RPC (enhanced, in the process of being rewritten). Portions of the wallet (redesigned storage format, deterministic seeds, etc.). Probably a bunch of other things I'm forgetting. So in all a huge amount of code would be left. That said, it still wouldn't function with the code form other coins removed either. It is fair to say that adopting and adapting code from other coins is very much normal, useful, and appropriate. It is only your friend coins101 who makes an ass of himself by trolling about it.

Smooth speaks the truth? -snip- I don't agree that a few percent of the coins mined by someone who optimized the miner is "significantly" instamined or premined. If we restrict it to the period before the obviously deliberate de-optimization was remove then it is probably 1% or less.
Yes, I guess you are right. But wait, maybe its more than that. .... If you want to express the effect of the deliberately de-optimized miner in terms of the current supply of monero it would be around 2.5x (roughly 1/2.5 of the nominal total coin supply currently exists), so probably <2.5%.
If you want to express the effect of some people optimizing miners better than others, that might be as much as 12.5% or more if you consider that it goes on forever (for every coin, nothing special about Monero).
Monero scam launch code doesn't equal instamine, apparently. So 1m instamined Monero coins is ok. No scams in Monero launch Hypocrisy needs to be added to the Trollero 'dev' cv. Oh my gosh. If we were pack hunting, like the Trolleros, someone would post this on coinmarketcap and say - hey, the Scam mined Monero 'dev' admitted that Monero code was deliberately deoptimised causing an instamine / premine that scammed legitimate miners out of 1m coins. As Monero is so 'anon', these coins are probably hidden from everyone waiting to be dumped on all the suckers monero trolls can sucker into their big fat scam fest. Well, that's all folks. I'll just leave the scam mine trolleros to work out how their 'dev' let slip about their dirty little secret they hoped would never come out. ~1m scam mined Moneros. All hidden away somewhere.

It's not just bitcoinwisdom... all exchanges are seeing heavy flows to the buy side. Granted, BTC-e's move has been by far the largest.

You can call it what you want, but it would be literally nothing even close to functional without all the Litecoin/Bitcoin code. I suggest you take a look at how much code came just from the recent Bitcoin 0.10 merge. (What coins101 calls copy/paste.) It's a lot. So you and your team had all that work to come out with nothing usable in the end? No
