How should development be paid for?"One of the greatest challenges of building a crypto currency platform is ensuring you create a decentralized system of governance to manage, fund, maintain and expand the project"
I will select 3 examples, and you can decide which model you prefer. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bitcoin: Development paid by the Wall Street Casino -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Monero: Development paid by people losing money on a gambling website run by a developer -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DASH: "Through the network of full nodes and the collateral requirement, Dash already possesses a decentralized network of Masternode operators that are invested in the future of the currency. As a group, these owners can act as stewards of the core protocol development and promotion. We have implemented a decentralized management system based on a Masternode voting mechanism."The choice is yours.

maybe with moderator support?
Definitely with moderator support. Theymos, the forum owner, donation rapist and well-hated reddit censor is openly pro-Monero. And before anyone says: "Oh well, liking Monero doesn't imply hating Dash". Well, you're wrong: Yes it does. Very much it does. Why liking Monero imply hating Dash ? I can't see why you are saying that.

Dashwhale requires you to run a program on your masternode server to avoid the warning. Your node looks like it is working fine. It will take about 5 days before your first payment. Here is a start. wget https://www.dashwhale.org/downloads/dashwhale-updater-v3.tgz -O - | tar -xz Follow the readme. More details under account settings on dashwhale.org. I need little more explanation. Readme is written for someone who knows all that better than me. I'm new in all that. I'll leave it as it is for now not to mess up something. But also few days ago when I had MN on my raspberry pi it worked...I don't get it Nwm

Wow! First one is excellent. Nice job. I like the reasoning for fungibility. You don't want to be associated with an illegal transaction. Bitcoins traced back to illegal activity can have reduced value and are not fungible for other bitcoins. The value to someone with a fungible currently(even if they are not doing illegal activity) is that the coins retain value no matter what their history. This is much better than the "coin is anonymous" spiel which doesn't really show the benefit to someone that says "I don't do illegal stuff and why should I care."
