The main thing lacking in Dash for me is that sites like TradingView and BitcoinWisdom don't have a Dash feed. Where do you do Technical Analysis of Dash? Do i have to print screen a chart and draw trend lines with an arts package ?
If you are in the USA, the following link should work normally -> https://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/cryptsy/drkbtcOtherwise, use 4proxy.us with the link, uncheck "[Default] Include mini URL-form on every page" and you should be good to go. Hi, I can see that chart although I'm not in the USA but it is flatlining since May, is it up to date for you?

It shows a flatline here as well, hence my use of 4proxy.us.

...self-promotion... I have no involvement whatsoever with the dice site and I don't even really promote Monero either (for the most part I think all crypto is an interesting technology space but mostly a solution in search of a problem). If you can read personal self-promotion in my posts you are pretty creative.

And are you using 4proxy.us ?

I know we get a lot of trolling, but can we try not to do the same thing? There is nothing wrong with Monerodice is just a gambling site, kudos to them. How does that affect Dash in any way? We should not let the trolls make us react in the wrong way, that is what they want.
I think is cool if we want to express our opinion about something, but there is no need to spin a topic as negative when is really nothing. I think being objective and reasonable is the best policy and will reflect good on us even if we get trolling here.
Great remark with which I very much agree. Plus there is about to be a tsunami of new developments in this project - from incoming tech to promotional stuff - to be concerned with. Forget about the trolls. They've had over a year to make their case. They've even been given the run of this thread - unmoderated - to publicly canvas Dash's own followers and potential investors. They've also had the run of the whole of bitcointalk to issuing monthly rafts of adverse propaganda in their own threads. Their agenda is bankrupt. Passed its sell by date and reduced to a mix of recycled old slogans, second hand philosopher soundbytes and faux ethical outrage. If it ever had any impact at all, all it's done is to give the valuation more upside than it otherwise would have. This project is about to enter a major new phase, characterised on the one hand by the opening up of new promotional fronts - some of which have already started to see the light of day - and on the other some very exciting technical evolutions. What's different about this time is that there is a far more robust base to move off from: a 3000+ masternode network, 60% of the coin supply now earning a healthy interest for its holders, significant budgets for development & promotion and a roadmap to do it justice thats no less ambitious than one that's just been delivered upon. Against that background, there is no need to get distracted by the comedy sideshow other than for entertainment purposes.

The project has shifted gears, and it's sphere of influence is expanding far beyond this thread. No need to let these entertainers with delusions of grandeur take up your valuable time by engaging them.

(for the most part I think all crypto is an interesting technology space but mostly a solution in search of a problem) Thats Yanis Varoufakis's take as well. Luckily the Federal Reserve, the ECB, the Bank of Japan and the PBOC are all working hard on delivering "a problem".

i agree that such website can boost coin usage and price but the problem with dice game is that it could be illegal because its a gambling site, we should try games instead of dice like https://farmsatoshi.com instead. we should really seek legal advice before committing such bussiness imho

The MN number is growing, seems we get new people in, videos are released, yet the price is still not taking off...?
There is over 2 million Dash not currently collateralizing masternodes but in holders' wallets. The price doesn't have to "take off" for the masternode population to increase. (Unless 'other people' want them more than the current holders do). ...however, what the increase IS doing is tightening the hands of the existing supply holders. This inhibits supply to markets and means that the valuation must rise to support the same liquidity & volume as before - all other things being equal. I think that whole process takes a bit of time to pan out. EDIT: Stocks starting to drift down again after a period of short covering. It's afternoon in Europe and we're into the -3% range. France and Germany appear to be heading for 4% down. Will we dump into the close of short-cover into the close with a rebound ? Startlingly, gold is getting hammered as well (though much less so than equities). Is that for real or is it central banks sticking their foot in the exit door ?

I wouldn't read too much into the Germany/France dump. This is mostly related to Volkswagen and their potential 11 million vehicle recall I guess. Still, their chart today looks a lot like some cheap altcoin :-) http://finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=VOW.DE
