Dash Core 21.1.0 is the first release of the Dash Core 21.1.x series. This is a minor version that does not include breaking changes. It is a mandatory upgrade for masternode and evonode operators, nodes which do not upgrade will be PoSe banned over time. All other Dash Core full nodes are suggested to upgrade.

We are in the first epoch with around 5480 blocks produced in the new chain, second layer of DASH.

Seems like that wasn't enough to save this coin. Whatever you're doing over there, in the long list of links you provided, didn't help either. Most coin communities no longer use Bitcointalk as their hub of communication, anyway, regardless of how successful they currently are.

I bet this coin will see new highs. (relative to USD, not BTC)

This coin was over $1500 at one point in time. At the time of writing Bitcoin is over 94,000 usd. Sadly this project hasn't kept up with the evolution of its competitors rising prices nor market trends and unless it gets picked up by a MAJOR institution chances are it may turn into a forgotten once been.

IIRC 10 masternodes were liquidated for the pump on this coin and then the dump never ended.

It was pointed out on this board/thread when it happened and the fanbois were too gaslit to see it and lost their pants.
