I assumed the price would go down after the masternode date regardless if it worked or not. That's how things have occurred with Drk so far... rc1, rc2 and so on. If I remember correctly, we usually saw about a 30-40% dropoff as soon as each milestone was released. Prices went up on rumors/news, then down on actual occurrence, as quite often happens in cryptoland.
So I'm not sure why anyone would be surprised with the dropoff. The question is if the fork + million trolls will drop it even further. Temporarily I can see it doing so, but longterm not sure if it will matter.

This is EXACTLY the problem. Version 0.10.8.11 - being treated with production-level expectations. Pressured the dev, and the expectations are fucking stupid... I really do NOT understand where this panic is coming from ? (that really shows you it is all children out there having no idea how this works) we were on the wrong fork for some hours, master node payments stopped for a while and everybody start crying and running ! grow some balls boys and girls !! we are still full on track, little hick up, but that is what NEW DEVELOPMENTS are all about ! and we are having a brand new development here ! Let me know when you grow the balls (you should have) for this game ! the rest …. keep selling and bye bye … we are happy to pick them up cheap ! Dark will die. Lingers. Crushed under the feet. You have kids who've bet more than they can afford to lose. They want out because they're not going get that sweet royalty from setting up a masternode or two (at least not for a while). They think they'll buy back in cheaper later, and therein lies the flaw in their logic. |

Oh nice, didn't realise that had been open sourced. What's been your experience with temps, as compared to the old miner and/or scrypt? temps stayed about the same, I think, much, much less than scrypt, also power consumption is maybe just a little, little bit higher than on the old miner. |
