I emailed him and the pool starting back in may and didn't get any response. Tried to reset my password and it kept tell me my account was locked. Then i just reset it right now was able to log in no problem to find zero transaction history

The official pool had moved to a different server & domain at some point. I think it's the main reason why old balances don't show.
