Ok, so as i'm trying my first actual attempt at mixing... 30 minutes in, I would say either there's a problem or the interface leaves a LOT to be desired for...

0% done.. the message just keeps switching between Submitted to masternode, waiting in queue to Darksend is idle... I have no idea (i haven't really been paying attention the last couple months) if this is normal or not or if this isn't working... from a novice standpoint, it feels like it's not working?

There needs to be at least 3 parties mixing, have you gotten any darksend denominations or payment to selfs?

Either be patient and wait (I usually let it run during the night) or go over to darkcointalk.org and ask there for people to mix with you.

yeah, i have 1 payment to self, 1 denomination went through... still at 0%... (not a DRK noob, just haven't been following lately and never tried this before)...

hmmm... ok, I guess I misunderstood the whole process from when I last was really doing anything more than just holding my DRK... so the 1k in each Masternode does not contribute to the mixing process? it's just collateral then?

No - the MN does not even have the coins in them.
The 1000DRK is locked away in a local wallet and not on the Server :-)

Not entirely true... some may still opt to run hot masternodes with the 1000 on the server.

Welcome to Darkcoin... Pump fast and dump faster but not completely... But then slowly dump on one-time big volume sells which eat up the order book but still not entirely reaching previous low levels.

in the bottom chose send using nonanonymous funds normal transation. You have not denominated any coins yet so the balance for anonymous coins is 0

They know cryptography very well, which would have been the benefit to having them on the team. I think as DRK grows in popularity, we should start to have the ability to attract this type of talent on our own, using the resources from large holders to fund bounties, etc. And maybe someone more honest than those guys. The chat logs make it clear they are dirt bags.
