I was under the impression that members coded more than 2 hours a day but that was my mistake i just checked the NEM Development plan. I don't find that impossible with a full time job and i was under the impression that it was necessary to do so with your ETA claims. Its just hard for me to compute that a project with huge ambitions is matched with 2 hours a day of work per dev. I am also just getting frustrated with the alpha launch and i am just trying to point the finger at somebody.  Tongue

I've agreed with many things you've said on this forum, but you really got on my nerves, I'm sitting more than 30 hrs a week (and I have a job besides that as other devs), so please, just shut up now.

not to mention the time at my ACTUAL job that I spend thinking ON NEM, and what we need+should do

Oh P.S. I actually was considering quitting job, and one of the devs probably too, but I simply can't afford it.

Well since you BROUGHT it up again(telling someone to shut up is like putting kerosene in  fire)

Yeah if you read it was a misinterpretation, I thought 2 hours a day was too low but his meaning of a couple was different to mine. I never said that anyone should quit their job. If your working 30 hours a week that's approx 4.2 hours a day 7 days a week which is obviously more than 2 hours a day.

If you didn't want anyone talking shit then you should have stayed quite, develop the currency then distribute and release it. This IPO stuff just makes people fucking anxious.

It is not an IPO. Get in your head that NO PROMISE is made to you and there is no ETA.
This problem has been discussed in the previous post, just“call for participation,no IPO” Wink

Sorry, didn't mean to offend you, but you've really irritated me.

If you didn't want anyone talking shit then you should have stayed quite, develop the currency then distribute and release it.

We could, but than, you'd probably never hear of NEM, as the project would most likely die.
Having such community is really encouraging and motivating.

Keep in mind, BCNext definitely didn't make NXT in month or two. It's quite obvious that he
was worknig on this for months and stayed quiet as you say.

(I think CfB mentioned it was actually years not months, but I would have to search for that information)

UP, Pat, and Devs,

As long as you guys know, I know I speak for most of us, were behind you all the way!

Yes, the anticipation is growing, and this is because NEM is a good thing. I think some people here think maybe "the programers" need a little kick in the ass. Like they are the investors and ultimately the boss, and these coders need to step on it. This couldn't be farther away from reality.

The stakeholders are not investors that say, "I paid you hurry up". We are participating in the New Economy Movement. This is where it is a decentralized format, we participate in different ways. No one is the boss. UP has the steering wheel yes, as someone needs to steer or we crash. The devs, and UP, have listened to the community and let us navigate, as proven by recent developments.

If the devs are not done with the technical aspects of this project, we give them all the time they need and support them however we can.

Thank you for not slapping a coin together, releasing it, and calling it a day. It's been so long with literally hundreds of coins breaking thier promises, that some people can't see it any other way anymore. Thank you for being patient with them, staying professional, and giving us all the chance to be a part of breaking this horrible cycle.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=186785
Here is the link to my trust settings here on forum. This trust system is very unfair. I make good on every deal Ive ever made. I had many, many deals as you can see and I never scammed anyone. All it takes is a random account to give you negative trust and youre screwed. Tomatocage has never even talked to me ever but when the random acct hit me with negative trust, Tomatocage came right behind him and marked neg trust again so obviously he was the one who did it. You can look at Tomatocage trust and see how many of his compeditors at the currency exchange thread he labeled scammers. I never scammed anyone. My trust was green over 20 before this. I hope it never happens to you because the mods cant help you.

I can't find "successfuly connected to nrs vrs.1.1.3"
I can find "nxt server 1.1.4 started successfully"
is it ok? @kodtycoon

If you are on Windows or Mac, just use

http://nxtra.org/nxt-wallet/

It's much easier to use.

Not in alpha or in the official launch. We will see how DarkCoin does in a longer time frame and learn from the experience. I remember a while ago everyone was crazy about Aurora coin and numerous suggestions have been made about giving NEM free for a certain country/ city. Look at where the Aurora coin is now ?

I am not saying Darkcoin will be a second Aurora but we can't not say Darkcoin will not be a fad, neither. So we will see how it goes later on. But imho, it is relatively easier for NEM to take in new tech and features than for other coins to take in NEM's features.

@xtester thanks for the write-up. Would take me sometimes to digest everything and respond Smiley

It's easy to conclude that Darkcoin is a 'pump of the month'.  When Bitcoin enters a stagnation period then money seems to coincidentally pile up on a low capitalization coin and sends it, temporarily, into the stratosphere.

Here are past examples

Aurora
Mint Coin
Vert Coin
Black Coin

We'll have to wait and see if Darkcoin maintains its' capitalization (or goes higher), I'm thinking no.

There ain't no Revolution like a NEMolution.  The only solution is Bitcoin's dissolution! NEM!

I too so think that DarkCoin waits destiny of AuroraCoin. Those who quickly fly up up, they also quickly and promptly fall then. We have to accept it as valuable experience and grow then smoothly, since bottoms. Because any fast breakthrough up terminates then in crash and fiasco for a coin.

But nevertheless the anonymous technology on DarkCoin seems to me pretty interesting, it if to realize on algorithm of PoI, we will receive as a whole true anonymous decentralization.

Hi everyone, as planned we will be issuing 1000 tokens in Nxt asset exchange. The tokens have been created as follow:

ASSET NAME : NEMstake

ACCOUNT : NXT-J62B-CNAR-34YW-4RCFN

ASSET ID : 12465186738101000735

ISSUING TIME: 5/25/2014 12.00 GMT or 7.00 A.M EST

I would write a NEM buying guide and put it in the front page and our website so that newcomers now have the opportunity to buy some NEM pre-launch. Another option for newcomers if you don't want to bother with Nxt asset exchange is to wait for our NEM public auction that will be held in the Bitcoin blockchain later on.

Please restrict the discussion of NEMtoken price to the asset exchange thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=616467.0 since we will try to keep this thread focused on NEM updates and feature discussion.

1 means 1 complete stake (1 million Nem). 0.1 would mean 1/10 million

Since the tokens are not distributed yet, of course there are no sellers

I hope no one is selling under 5 BTC Wink
