I feel that chances are pretty high we will see Ethereum hit 1000 dollars very soon. It has been quiet and steady for some time now and whales may want to take it to the next level. Man I would love to know the real distribution behind Ethereum and which corporate heavy weights hold how much, but we will never know.

Bitcoin is helping a lot to make this rally wonderful while it moving to new level and in meantime all promising project also growing so nice. I think when Bitcoin will hit $40k than ETH will automatically touch $1k because it looking very stable.

In my opinion there's no reason to look at ETH/BTC pair because most volume on ETH is ETH/fiat. I never look at ETH/BTC and ETC/BTC pairs

Very good point! Thats such an important thing that many people forget, one should always look at the trading pairs with highest volume. Or for most alts one should most of the time ONLY look for performance and the price in BTC, not in USD, because it makes no sense to compare a currency that isnt traded against the coin/token.

Also fees are still decent at the moment.

I just made several transactions of BTC, the fee is about 3 dollars, which is ridiculous.
With that fee, people will do as less transactions as they can.

Wao! That prediction was supposed to be seen at some point in December 2017, but if 2018 is the year will see eth thousand league then 2018 is certainly most looking promising i must say, but this is only mere speculations for now until it becomes reality

Ethereum is gaining value from there in fiat but because of the work is being done inside the project impact on that still has to come. That will be ultimate pushing reason which will take it to $1000 in coming months. Patience is obligatory to get there.

You have it backwards mate! Fiat flowing into Btc != alt coin pumps. Very often, it's the opposite. I'd argue, Eth is pumping despite Btc pumps
