To the guy who a few pages back was absolutely sure that ETH at 500 USD is a perfect opportunity to buy in. So, did you get any when it dropped even less than 500 USD a few days ago, I am just curious?
i doubt that the current rise in price will hold for too long, so I am really not sure if 500 USD is the bottom for re-entlry (as I have already entered a few times before).

440$ was great price of per eth coins and let's say 500$ is the bottom price then what is the price now
price is going up now 550$ not that much rise but its in green now
if some good news comes about cyrpto market and about ban or unban crypto or ICO then that could impect huge on ETH coin
i heard that china will lift the ICO ban in 2018. if that happens then we will see ETH price above 1500$ soon

Yes, I was able to buy the some ETHs between the price range of 480-500. Glad to see it's already giving me a profit of 80-100 per piece

I think it's because it's cheaper than BTC and more comfy for holders.

i think, because the marketcap volume down and all coins and tokens down. look to the new ico's,and you will see the eth capacity

it's not surprising that they are able to survive, even continue to show progress and more trusted by many people
they don't want to disappoint investors, that's what makes them strong and keeps on competing

I bought in at 460$, the lowest low, which is awsome, and I doubt it will go lower then that, that's the lowest support level the market has found since pre 2018. With that said, market still has time for more downtrends before the bull market in the summer, so one of those might take it lower, but it's very unlikely to go much lower then 460$, especially the shorter the period is until the bull market starts, which gets less and less by each day.

I set an order on dsx at 446+   but the price bounced off 448+... such a stroke of misfortune.  Kid myself that my order has changed the trend.

Niiice, judging by the answers it seems that not only "one" guy bought at that level. Honestly I was expecting that BTC will reach the support level of 6000 USD from February thus bringing ETH down even further, but it seems that 7-8k is the boundary for BTC now. Anyway train missed this time, let's see what the volatile market will bring the upcoming weeks

i think the price of one eth will bounce back for sure and very quick to above 1k$
just we have to be patient and wait for one month because crypto market is now recovering again and eth price start climbing again

Why Ethereum still not upgrade to POS. We have been waiting for so long time

Because making changes that are as huge as switching your algo takes much time. You couldn't honestly expect an overnight change and you would be surprised by the time they have already spent and the time it will still take to roll out. I would say give it until Q3-Q4 for the roll out, but even then don't hold your breathe.

Has it been set in stone that Ethereum goes full POS? Isn't there still the possibility that they will go with a hybrid system or has that been ruled out?

Still, we don't have any news about the POS, only people are talking about the ETH pos. If they start converting from POW to POS and it is going to be another good option for Ethereum.

Eth is not keeping the value now, or a bit of bitcoin. Without the need for ICO, other application needs don't look strong.
