I think that the ETH will always be more popular than other altcoins

Not really. If they stop updating and developing, then they will quickly eclipse some other alt.

It's clear for me as well. But if they provide the same strategy as today everything seems to be fine.

I think they could have done better, but they are limited by problems in the law and so. I mean that they could be better than bitcoin if they wanted to.

i think it is a good time to buy eth coins and hold them because their are very less chances that eth go more down i think current price is the bottom price or 450$ is the full bottom price but difficult.

The time will come for the best future of this coin and we know that nowadays many of the coins have reduced their price. It will soon come on the top with a good price and the miners will again start to shout for that coin and everyone will again start to invest their bags in ethereum like a month ago when the price reached to 0.12 BTC.

Ethereum Core Devs Meeting 35 discusses (mainly) "Sharding" for scaling and speed and reduction in gas costs for transactions, which is being implemented in 4 parts.

And, they touched a little on Casper, reduction of POW and reassignment POW rewards into Casper's consensus system. However, Casper is currently testing and that is easier to do than "Sharding".

Separately, Buterin has said: "the Casper aspect of Casper... is totally successful."

If the ICO bans are lifted by the end of this year that could really help ETH achieve the number one spot.
