As mentioned a few posts earlier, its just a matter of short-term testing.  We've got a more aggressive switcher running currently, but requires pointing all of our hashrate at a single coin while testing.  Assuming testing goes fine, it will be expanded to mine multiple at a time (same as our normal switcher), just for now we've disabled coins under 0.5 difficulty as we're pointing full hashrates at them.  Testing should be finished some time tomorrow.

OK.  Interesting to watch, thanks.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

pointed my small miner over to this setup, going to test it for 2 days to see if it beats what I was getting with MC.

Please let me know how it works out for you.  2 days should be enough time to even out any lucky/unlucky streaks Smiley

Mining. I was in the process of writing my own per-block reward switcher but at 1% I'll just use yours. Well done. I was wondering how many other people had noticed that opportunity.

I have done the same (very small hashrate) looks good.  Been about 10 hours so far, though seems to be a bit unlucky just at the moment ... ;(

Yep, with a reasonably small pool like ours, really have to give it a good day or so for amounts to even out Smiley

Good day! Please tell me what time UTC, BTC payment occurs on a specified address?

They're currently being run manually each morning, roughly 11am EST (4pm UTC), but they'll vary by a few hours here and there.

I'll work on adding it, we don't show it anywhere currently, but if it was very recently, I would guess Franko, since we hammered through a bunch of them just now Smiley

Cheers, no worries, just interested.  Pretty sure it was before the Franko batch.

A quick API has been added.  It is by no means supposed to be a permanent API, and is subject to change/breakage without warning.  That said, I don't see a reason it won't be up for a while (new endpoint for our permanent API when that gets finished).

http://wafflepool.com/tmp_api?address=BTC_ADDRESS

Enjoy!

Nice to see a feature request added so quickly.  Very cool.
