Happy to see that poolwaffle always deals with problems in a fast way and makes sure everything will work better after a fix!

+1

Appreciate the support guys. Feel terrible when it goes down, or mines the wrong fork, but working hard to make it the best pool out there Smiley

How to choose difficulty in your password? What are the benefits? Have you got some examples of correct configuration?

Just use the password "x" for now (automatic difficulty).  Once you get a feel for what your miner difficulty sits at (will generally vary between 2 difficulties), pick one of those and use password "d=XXX" where XXX is the difficulty you want Smiley

Poolwaffle,

What is next? You said there would be new coins yesterday, but think with the problems you're working on it now?
Great work on the quick work (For me, you're already the best). Can you please look at my tip on the personal site? That should be great, then you don't have any buttons left on that page. Maybe handy to get your balances in to the API too?

Let's hear from you.

Greets

p.s. Maybe nice for you to join sometime on the unofficial IRC Smiley!

Coins are in limbo.  We had been syncing cosmoscoin, but it fell through (was crashing nonstop during testing, others have been experiencing the same.  We've got lines out to other exchanges to get the APIs we need built, but nothing yet.  Once we're at a more stable and feature complete spot, we'll start manually trading perhaps, but right now don't want one more thing that I need to do (takes away from writing code) Smiley

What do you mean by the personal site?

p.s. Maybe nice for you to join sometime on the unofficial IRC Smiley!

Again, soon as things calm down, as it is right now I can jump in here, jot down a quick 10 answers, and ignore it for another few hours Smiley  IRC just tends to keep blinking until I look at it, just more of a distraction than I need for now Smiley

Don't think its ASICs... ASICs for scrypt aren't currently any faster than graphics cards (the only ones I've seen are actually much slower), they're just more power efficient, and not worth it yet.  No one would be buying that many of them now (just not worth it!).

Someone with 1Gh/s just popped on the pool.  I have read previous posts on this same person.  Does anyone know if this is real.....or a bot, or another pool attaching to ours....and does this have a negative affect on our pool and its profits?  I am small (1.8Mh/s) and am worried.

Here is the status for that account.

Middlecoin list doesn't have 3GH Big Whale, the first 10 positions are simply Fat Cats ))

Accepted MH/s (Last Hour)
19949.3215
==========
314.5169
151.7592
96.5436
94.4744
86.4772
72.9809
....

To say more, Multipool DOGE hashrate decreased from 21GH to 13Gh, assumed that 9GH of rigs switched somewhere...  Roll Eyes
Top DOGE pools - Dogehouse and Fast-Pool - lost about a half of their peak hashrate also.
