Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

You should fix this behavior somehow. Why daemon just stuck with this message and not orphan blocks and start to work with longest chain as all coins do?

We can't go with the longest chain because with CGA the longest chain will be the one with the lowest hash on it spitting out low difficulty blocks and rendering CGA a worthless shitcoin. Capiche?

Expect a hardfork soon, I will be bumping the block time to 60 sec and adding a gravity well to hopefully reduce the about of issues we have been having.

No you should not be running that branch, I am working on that branch, I will merge it with the master branch when it is complete and announce the update... The current version works (1.3.3.3), you will just have to resync the blockchain if your wallet falls behind on blocks.

Can anyone help be understand if I am doing something wrong?  I am solo mining and got on to a fork a week ago, yesterday and again today.  I am out of sync again with digital mint, which I assume is the valid block chain since inceptioncraft is not up.

I get the REORGANIZE and then InvalidChainFound.   The error message in the wallet client (windows 1.3.3.3) does not display an error message unless I stop and restart it.   then I get the "Displayed transactions may not be correct....."

There is a fork, Coinmine.pw seems to be on a fork. They are not competing with the rest of the network so I would advise not to mine there until they can fix it.

https://cga.thedigitalmint.net has the following message:

Mining is currently suspended while security and server investigations are undertaken.
Although no breach of security was achieved, we must fully investigate any attempt to gain balances by submitting potentially false data.
To prevent balances being unfairly distributed to dishonest users (potential theft from honest miners)
the pool's stratum services will remain closed for the time being.

Does anyone know what happened?

Our pool wallet is showing this error:

"errors" : "Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade."

I have re-sync'd twice with the same effect. Coin is disabled until we can find a fix for this.

The pool is still closed and now it says this:

Update: Investigations have revealed that much of the current issues stem from another pool.
To avoid potential libel issues, all that will be said is "unusual packets in the form of SSL interactions, actions which triggered other security measures and
non-standard block submissions were detected from the same IP address as another "well known" pool (one which does not provide mining services for CGA)."
There were no security breaches to the servers. Investigations will continue.
The pool in question has been contacted to give them an opportunity to explain their actions.
At the time of this update, they have not responded to our communications.
