I am new to this forum, but i have been into crypto for more than a year. I am loosing some of my holdings due to the fall in prices of my coin and altoins. What should i do please.

Continue with your job- such as bounty campaign, trading and ico investing. Bounty campaign is most important to get money by doing work regular, no need to invest.
Social bounty is so easy to do. Go for this. If you have money, go for trade. Trade is good.

Economy is a new thing for you. You don`t lose your holding when price is falling, its just your holding lose overall value. In crypto there is a saying, you lose only if you sell, if you are selling for lower price its like you are giving away something potentially very valuable.
Just hold, if you are in and you have some possession the best possible option is waiting. Prices will recover and continue to grow, be ready for that moment, there isn`t other way to be ready except to have nice amount waiting for that, hodl or hold as you like is what you need to do.

Selling at current market price is not feasible, it is better to hold on to your coins if you are not in need of money now.

Wait until your Altcoins are going up. I do not advise selling your tokens at a price lower than the initial one.

Just hold your coins no reason of selling in losses. Keep in your mind that after bear market there is always a bull market just wait and be patient. Avoid looking always in a price charts this will only gives you so much stress and keep away yourself from people who spreading fud. Be positive because everything will gonna be okay.
