My advice on what you should do depends on your current financial situation. If you really need money right now then it might be best to sell. If you need only a little bit take what you need out and let the rest sit there. You loose your money only when you sell tokens lower than you have bought them. If you hold them you dont lost your money. Most projects, specially if they are without high hype level needs couple of month untill their token begin to grow up. Of course if you have not invested in shit project.

When you invest on a coin what is your goal? Did you decide to go for long term or short term? If long term you should be not worried about your money because you are aiming for huge profit that can be achieved waiting for a long period of time because there are still chances that those coins that you invested can still recover but not all coins can so it is still depends and it is much better if you invested on a potential coin. If you invested on a shitcoin you need a luck that the coin you bought will get pumped. I will suggest that better hold until it recovers.

Totally depends on what coin you are holding. If it some reputed and well known coin, then hold your investment. The price will eventually recover and go back up to where it was or go even higher. If it is some random shitcoins that has no sign of reviving back to life, sell it as soon as possible. You will be able to reduce your losses. What do you mean lossing your holdings? Are you literally selling your assets, or you mean lossing a value percentage? What coins are you holding? Like you I'm more than 1year in crypto, actually started early last year with LTC just $45, doge 5sats and btc $5000 which I only have until december last year when I started trading which I'm able to make a lot of money and started to like eth.

You need to find out and know in advance what makes you experience losses. If you buy coins that do not have the potential or you sell them because of panic the price continues to fall, then be patient and also you need to do analysis and research before you buy coins to invest, whether the coin has the potential to increase if we hold it in sufficient time old or not.

Just keep on holding your altcoin or coins because it will pump up again and I suggest do not cut your losses and just hold it. You should bear it and all of the people now are frustrated because of the falling price of altcoin in market. Do not give up easily and just be patient simply because the token that you hold will recover and will become more expensive.
