guys offical windows wallet contains botnet virus THIS IS NOT FALSE POSITIVE,just google this virus name and you will see:
https://www.virustotal.com/sr/file/950a78a740dd1495cb764e8179e5f9a2fdf464e76925d070c32f74911fdc4773/analysis/

I ran a scan on the bitcoin-qt.exe in my bitcoin folder and got the exact same positive result...

Its True??

TRUE

this is my scan result of the official linked wallet: https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/7ce0fd98bbe2923553c3c83940dfd8381506b38b3afe7ad9d4c22ada1f8311d4/analysis/
for some reason it has a different hash than yours...

and the scan of bitcoin-qt:
https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/be2e92b6cabd6444f752da73c70cb189823ee5b8b04ac1949d08f2b020138c3d/analysis/

am i missing something here?

I don't know whats going on can't be bothered to investigate. I went to the .biz site and it links to sourceforge which links to virus so I'm outta here.

Your links also show at least 1 virus which is 1 too many for me

yep - i see what you mean.  the rminerd_win64.zip lights up with a bunch of virus hits.  You have to navigate up to parent directory to find what seems like a clean one (i think).  Im joining you in avoiding the rest of this coin for now...

Edit: consensus is clean.

It's entirely possible this coin is designed NEVER to create coins and to just install botnets and viruses on your computer to steal your bitcoin wallet. Far fetched, but the findings so far don't look good.

I'm steering clear of this for now.

You shouldn't be using a computer.

On the side note, the wallet still has the Bitcoin logo. Doesn't seem to be a well planned coin.

some feedback from the dev would be good right now.

The source code looks clean so if there is an issue, it's only with the windows/prebuilt binaries

The idea behind it is pretty great though.

Very possible the results are a false positive. All of my miners report findings when looking at the site. The riecoin wallet that I got from here with the google drive link came back clean (FWIW)

For example:
My cgminer that I've been using for maxcoin mining:
