If it goes lower, you can invest the money that you saved while you first invests. I always have some backup money to buy some dips of my holdings.

Actually from last 2 to 3 months, most of the cryptocurrency price was stable and varying only 10 to 20%. So i think this is the good time to invest your money in the digital world but as you said don't put full amount invest part by part and invest in multiple coins don't choose single coin.

Personally, I think the BTC has dropped to its true bottom this year.
At most it can reduce by 3-5% more, then the cow will run.

i don't agree with you .Now is the best time to start investing in top coins . market starts to recover slowly and by september btc will hit at least 10k$ (according to my analysis).Also,i agree on ICO point ,most of them aren't profitable anymore and better buying when hits the exchange

Yeah today I agree on you mate, today is the best time to buy bitcoin as the price is much cheaper. Buying in the dip is difficult to make it as the price can rise higher in just a few seconds. Buy and buy when the market is falling.

It depends on your strategy....  We cant say that today it is not safe to invest....  We didn't know what will happen tommorow but if you just tell it to us to gave us an advice....  Yes maybe in your own view point about investing is true but we cant control everone's mind....  But for me if you have an opportunity to invest...  Invest it dont waste your time everone has their strategies...
