I made a trade for over 3000 coino on your exchange, the actual amount I got was a little over 500, any help would be appreciated, I presume there needs to be the required sells/ it takes time; correct? Any info on approx time completion would be great at current market activity for BTC/Coino.

Just wondering if you guys who have missing BTCs like me have CloudFlare's IP address in the Requester IP instead of your IP address?  Maybe this started when they added CloudFlare.
