Are you planning to fill out the SEC's forum D, register and then pay the fee for every state you have shareholders in? Do you realize how much time and money this costs? If you are planning to go this route like it has been stated before the trading platform will not matter.. The other thing that does not matter is by allowing us to trade our shares, all your doing is giving us what we have already bought from you. How do we know coloredcoins are going to be allowed by the SEC when we already know Havelock has all its proper credentials. In the SEC's eyes this is a very minor crime and at the very worst you get a small fine.. If there has been some kind of infraction committed you have already committed it,, you can't get charged for the same crime twice.
Give us back what we own Ken, they are not your shares anymore.

Why don't you pay that small fine. ($100,000) for me.  By the way Havelock does not have all the proper credentials for the SEC.

I know they are the shareholder shares, I have never claimed that I own the shareholders shares.

You don't have to register in every state if it is a federal covered security.

If the MSD investigation is preventing you from listing our shares then can you explain why shares continue to be tradable on two other exchanges and why you didn't cease this activity to when you became aware that you couldn't list the tendered shares from Bitfunder.

The shares on the exchanges were being traded before the MSD Investigation.

The shares was listed on crypto-trade before the MSD Investigation.

InB4 (3 Days from now) "Ken wtf are our shares!!!". (I jest) I got some of what I wanted though, Ken acknowledged our shares directly, now just share verification and some sort of good faith on a financial report and I will be a happy camper for another month or so.

Can we move to direct un-tradable shares until a CC or other solution comes to market.

Just putting up a verification site and paying a small amount of the saved dividends to the verified BTC Address would restore confidence in us as investors that we own the shares. It would also likely help mitigate the chances of more legal filings from those who are unsure if they actually own the shares.

We can then wait X months for CC to mature and you can pay dividends to the verified address and get back to focusing on the company.

The investigation regards the legality of the company as a whole, I doubt your request can be granted until the investigation concludes.

Have anyone else , except Bargraphics , received their Prospector Boards ?

I converted my November Paid Pre-Order to Prospector boards 12 days back .
Its been showing ''Shipped'' Since 2 days , But i have not been provided with any tracking number .

What is the status Ken , Please provide the tracking info .

You should be able to contact customer service with issues like these. I'd be curious to hear how easy it is for customers to get in touch with VMC through the proper channels. Could you try and report back?

I have ask the project manager to have the staff enter the tracking information into the shopping cart.

Guys , I have finally received the tracking number , and it shows ''Picked Up'' .
I got a bit confused as i thought it to be a DHL shipping , But i read it here , that ken stated FED-Ex guys will be picking it up .
So , i tried the tracking number on Fed-Ex page , It worked

How do you know the other four aren't in transit?  Maybe they were shipped as individual items?  Why not set up the first one today instead of waisting your time on this forum and see if the rest arrive in the next couple of days before condemning AMC?  Also this thread is going to get rather cluttered if it's used by customers and not shareholders as the title suggests.  Surely there are other threads for this kind of thing?

That would be a bizarre way to ship multiple products that were all in stock to a country as far away as India. Which I believe is where emkay is located. I think is assumption that there was a screw up is entirely reasonable.

The problem then I would think is ensuring that only accredited investors can buy them.

You'd think that if "they" have a problem with anyone worth less than a million taking on a "high risk" investment worth less than a buck a share at time of IPO, that they'd ban lotto and scratch tickets.
