Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?!

They just want to buy cheaper coin thats why they want to FUD bitcoin. if they say that BTC is dead. normally some weak hands will dump their bitcoin and results to drop of the price, if the price drops, the FUDster will eventually bought all the coins that has been dumped.

Yes they want to see bitcoin's price lower again because they didn't started to ride with the pump of bitcoin when the price is still low. Let's say that these people are correct, yes bitcoin is dead and it's becoming more dead and the price is increasing more. And we already at $2,000, yes it's a dead coin very obvious people. 

in fact they have the only intention to see the price of bitcoin lower so that they can find opportunity to make invest their but i do not think that the price of bitcoin is going to lower down so much therefore these people are just wasting their time and nothing else.   

But they are not going to become successful with it either. As the price is getting higher day by day, we will definitely going to see the price of bitcoin climbing for this year. And those people that are keep on telling that btc is dead are the ones to become dead with their misconception.

Yes and there is no reason that bitcoin will be dead in coming years as price will be much higher in future and those who are spreading negative rumors about bitcoins will surely regret in future when they will come across through the best price of bitcoins.

They are just a waste of time, they want to bring down the price of bitcoin then buy as many as they want, they want to grab that oppurtunity for their own sake. They dont want to invest as of now because its price is so high, so they are starting to spread negative feedback/news about bitcoin. LOL I don't think anyone's gonna be saying that right now. This has been created I think quite a long time ago and probably during a time when btc was at a low point. It went a long way from there now and btc has become stronger and the price is about to reach up to the heavens

Agreed. They thought that bitcoin will be history because of the dip it experienced specially after a negative news. They don't have full confidence that bitcoin will rise and see the price right now its going strong. The thing can be also says about altcoins, they are also in the rise right now. So if they dip can we say that they will be dead soon?

There are still many people do not believe in Bitcoin and some even believe that Bitcoin is some kinds of trash things on the internet. People are not always smart like you think

They simply did not see real examples of earnings from Bitcoin and think that this is a fraudulent scheme. I also did not dare to try bitcoin for a long time.

Every time, for as long as I remember, that I go on bitcointalk, everyone keeps posting "BTC IS DEAD" "SELL" etc... And then a few Sr/Hero members come and explain how thats wrong.

I just don't get it.

Aren't we used to the price fluctuating by now? Whats with all the crying/moaning about price bubbles, crashing, inflations, Russia, China blablablablablablaaaaa!

Jeez... Do some research before posting, I saw one post which got LOADS of attention, yet the first post was done by paint, with an unlabelled graph which showed wrong data!

This is getting to the point where we are affecting newer members or gullible people into selling/dumping all their coins instead of keeping them. I mean when I come on the forum, I see that its crashing, why would I buy in?

I think we need to stop giving the panicking people attention and focus more on positive sides.

I also don't get it. Where the fact is bitcoin has proven its value ever since. There are time that its price fluctuates but it is regaining its value as well. Are those people just want some attention or they don't really have the idea of the status an bitcoin's history. Those kind of threads or articles might cause newbies to doubt their trust in bitcoin.
