People who say bitcoin is dead obviously don't know what they are talking about and are just causing spam and panic for nothing.
As you can see there's tons and tons of money in bitcoin still so it's very far from death, don't believe others make your own opinion.

Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?!
Because they don't know what they're talking about. Those people are just handing their bitcoins to someone else who deserves them more. I am not sure on why people say that Bitcoin is dead I am sure that people have different reason for this because they will not say it without a reason. I think that people think that it is dead because the price is to high for some people to afford. This thread does not even have to exists because from the start of my adoption with bitcoin I have not seen anytime that bitcoin has died, where in fact I was so amazed and until now that the price is really good and improving. the price keeps trying to stay @ 600 and moving up so its not possible for this project to die anymore. |

I think that as the price of btc is continuously changing, sometimes growing and sometimes suddenly facing a drastic fall, this often makes people lose patience with it.

One of the reasons is that people wants to make other people believe that bitcoin is dead, saying it is a scam in order to other people stop using it and turn to other alts. It is a selfish interest, as you can see.

I don't think that scaring people on the internet will make bitcoin users switch to altcoin. I don't know any person who sold all their btc in exhange for Altcoin it will be a foolish thing to do. Also Bitcoin saying that it is a scam won't work for people who already experienced the used of Bitcoin. What they are afraid of are the real scams you see on the internets such as hyips and cloudmining sites. |

It's because they think that bitcoin's prize right now won't change anymore. They thought that it would remain stable that's why they keep on saying that BTC is dead and they are suggesting to sell your bitcoin or spend it on buying the thing you want and so on. Other's are already quit bitcoin because of this false thought and I know they will regret it in the end.

I was reading not so long time ago that many famous economists have serious hostility to bitcoin. Whenever such an economist says about bitcoin, he always finds something to say negative. Some of these experts say that cryptocurrency has no future at all, while others argue that it is pure evil.

People saying bitcoin is dead because they are now quiting using bitcoin and they finding someone to quit also so that they are going to false alarming people and spreading haox information about bitcoin -- bitcoin will be more and it will take after into another generation of our human beings.

They say bitcoin is dead because they want people to sell all their bitcoins and then bitcoin prices drop and they can buy it for cheap.
And others just hate bitcoin for personal reasons which I think doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

I agree on the fact that Bitcoin will most likely stay here for a very long time since the potential and the need for it are definitely there, but from where do you know that new people are entering/adopting Bitcoin? There is nothing beside the higher going transaction volume that you can look at as an indication that the adoption is increasing. |

They keep saying that bitcoin would be dead because those are people who dont hold huge or ample amount of bitcoin and also they might be trolling so that those holders would sold their coins in a cheaper price and when bitcoin price would drop then thats the time they would buy since they know that it would increase soon, its just a tactics though if you are not aware. Bitcoin would survive long as long there are people who uses it and buys it. |
