Slow and steady wins the race. The fact that this coin is even still around speaks volumes.

I don't think we've ever seen BitQuark's hashrate this high! It breaking over 100GH/s....Don't forget we will have our first block halving coming up around mid February!

Very nice. Also, lets do some spreading of word for the coin. Bounties maybe, etc.. I dunno what ever is there?

Do you know if Masternodes could be implemented?
Low supply and good marketing strategy for the coin

Yeah Masternodes could be implemented. I need to find another Dev to help me out with BTQ. I've been working on BTQ alone for almost 4 years now. There are a lot added features I would like to add to BTQ, but can't due to programming issues. That is why I'm seeking other Dev's to add to the BTQ Team. Anyone know of any other Dev's that would like to join me on implementing new features to BTQ???

If so, have them email me at bitquarkcoin@gmail.com

Has anything came out of this?
Also, does anyone know any developers that would be willing to join this project? Or where to look for one? Besides creating a new thread asking.

Thanks

Is C-Cex still the only exchange this is being traded on?

Is anyone having latency problems depositing and withdrawing from C-Cex? I'm talking many hours!

And is there any more news on the v0.8.3.21 Linux memory leak problem I reported?

BTQ desperately needs a more reliable and more reputable exchange to trade on. I believe that one move alone will catapult this currency into the stratosphere. C-Cex is positively the worst exchange imaginable. I have had to submit support tickets for almost every deposit or withdrawal I have ever made at C-Cex. Below is just the latest example.

Quote
Type: Deposits
Subject: Large deposit.

Trader Support:

This is a ***** BTQ deposit sent directly to my C-Cex address **********************************. 2.5 hours and 300 confirmations later it still does not show on my ledger. I AM VERY ANGRY!

Trader Support:

Hello!

1. Please, make sure you are sending your deposit to your BTQ deposit address which is **********************************.
2. Please, make sure you can see confirmations of your transaction in block explorer.

If your deposit met those above conditions - please, reply in this ticket. Otherwise we will not be able to post your deposit.

Have a good day! Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thanks!

Trader Support:

Obviously, you cannot read. As clearly stated in my first message:
1) Yes, the deposit was sent to **********************************
2) Yes, there were 300 confirmations as of my first message to you.

TODAY THERE ARE 1623 CONFIRMATIONS AND I STILL HAVE A ZERO BALANCE! POST MY DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Yes, they sent the same brain dead response twice, 10 minutes apart. This unimaginably poor service is causing harm to any coin listed there. I am really pissed off! BTQ needs a new home. Suggestions welcome. I will help to lobby any reputable exchange anyone thinks we can get BTQ listed on.

I would hold on exchanges for now.
We have a lot of work to do.
Here is my list of things that needs to be done.

#1 We need to have a roadmap of features. Staking? MN? etc...
#2 Find an additional developer.
#3 Website redesign, our own forums. Moderators, etc..
#4 Discord chat channel. (I might get the going in the next few days.)
#5 Wallet update, mobile wallet?
#6 More exchanges listing. Marketing.

Please add what you think. Suggestions always welcome. Smiley
Most importantly we need people that can help.
ie. I have no idea where to look for a developer.

Thanks

I disagree. We need at least one more exchange right away. If we can't trade reliably, this coin is going nowhere.
I would swap positions #3 & #6. The web site looks fine.
I would be happy to host and help moderate a forum. I use Simple Machine Forum. Example here... http://www.alt-nrg.org/forum/
And like you, I have no idea where to find good developers, especially ones willing to work on contingent fees based on the success of BTQ. Wink

Yeah being on a more reputable exchange would definitely give BTQ a boost. Most of the exchanges I've contacted want like 0.5 BTC or more to add a coin. Idk why exchange are wanting to charge so much just to add a coin, it's crazy.

We are doing maintenance on BTQ wallet. Will be finished soon. All deposits should be posted. But if not - make sure you have ticket open if you have issue with BTQ deposit or withdraw.

We charge 5 BTC to get listed. We are very proud to have BTQ for so long time (it's being here from 2014).
