Its ok, at least they offer proof of reserves https://exco.in/reserves. They shouldn't make the same mistake as Bittrex and for BC->Alts markets display also BTC price. Otherwise it can be very confusing.

I and others have mentioned that they should include equivalent BTC price or a selectable price like USD / RMB / CAD etc.

Why? Rat4 is a developer who works on an open source project. If you are expecting the developer to focus on anything other than the code in the protocol he is working on, you are misunderstanding the dynamic we have here.

We are not like most other coins that are entirely promoted and maintained by a core developer who has a large financial interest. Inversely Blackcoin is maintained by a developer who has an intellectual interest in the project he is working on.

It' seems that you're quite out of The community. There are more active devs than rat4. Blackwabelabs And other people are doing a great free job for Blackcoin. This is not a centralized project lead by one or two devs.
