I have worked to get $2000 worth of money and I am planning of investing in bitcoin but my uncle is pressuring me to save the money at bank. I have done everything to convince him but he is not comprehending to my point. Please what do i tell him again to convince him?
Hi there! We need to invest in both bank and bitcoin. As long as fiat is beneficial we need to invest in banks as well. Bitcoin though is the best investment you could ever have. Just weigh how much you need to invest in banks and how much in bitcoin. |

for people who do not know about bitcoin, obviously surely he will be afraid to invest, because he has not understood the benefits of investing in bitcoin rather than saving in the bank. maybe your uncle forbids investing in bitcoin because it's too big a investment you do, he worries all the investment assets will be lost. you should not invest in a large scale first, you can invest on a small scale. Well, if all has been successful and proven, chances are your uncle will put full trust in you to invest dibitcoin. because usually, in order for people to believe in us, we must have real evidence first, then he will trust you. |

People face similar problems when talking to older and conservative people. First of all there is a banking problem. How many banks pay you per year? 4%? Bitcoin has jumped 10% in 2 days.
The second is a security issue. Is BTC safer than your bank? I will say that. Can not be fetched from you by your government. Read what they are doing In Greece or Cyprus. You do not have to rely on them processing your transaction, it will happen automatically within minutes. if I think it's better to invest in bitcoin enough with Patient's capital and always keep long term we will have a big advantage when the price has gone up. and it does not take a long time in the sense of 1 year or 2 years .

The best thing you can do is to show your Uncle the growth chart of Bitcoin from 2009 till now and then compare it with the any investment option provided by the Bank. If he question about Risk factor then you can show him the Risk involved in investing in Bank. If he is still not happy then you can split yout investment in two parts. if he stilll not agrees then invest as per what he says, cause family always comes first.

For me, I will choose to invest in crytocurrency rather that in bank. Because in bank, the percentage to increase my ROI is just a little and it will not make me a rich person. While in cryptocurrency, there are a lot of possible ways to earn a lot of money.

Better invest your money somewhere it will grow. Investing in banks is a dead move, savings yes but not investment. You'll lose against inflation rate over time. Look for real investments. You can put some in bitcoin, but not all in. Spread your risk and profitability in different investment instruments.

First thing putting your money in bank wasn't considered as investing instead that is depositing either time deposit or normal still deposits tell that to your uncle because it will take you 10 years before you may gain 5-10% of the money Second you have mentioned you earned that money,so who the f*ck that uncle of yours to interfere in your plans ,it wasnt his money that you are going to invest So you dont have to explain to him instead put it right away in crypto lt him be angry because it wasnt his loss but yours if following him |

Invest on bitcoin more risk if you have only your money but you can invest your money on bitcoin if you have another source income, but if you keep saving or invest your money on bitcoin some time your asset wil drop with bitcoin on lower price. sometime you can take much profit with invest your money on bitcoin when bitcoin have reached at higher price.

In my personal opinion, I would rather invest in bitcoin. Investing in a bank only earns you a few bucks for a hige amount of cash you have to deposit. Unlike in bitcoin, you have a higher chance of earning just by waiting for higher exchange rate. It's more practical and more realistics for me.

No one is pointing a gun to your head to put your money in a bank instead of investing in Bitcoins. If you want to grow your money, invest into something, you are not limited to Bitcoins there are so many options and safe way to grow your money. Saving you money in the bank will make your money idle and you'll pay service charges and other fees for that. |

If you know what you are doing then better to invest now but investing in cryptocurrency is very risky and maybe your uncle can't afford to take that risk. The decision is still yours, if you are too confident about your skills in investing then buying bitcoin is a good choice. Remember that banks can secure your money, but of course the value of that will be lessen because of the inflation. Better to invest 80% of your funds and the other 20% save it in a bank. |

It would be stupid of you to stay in this forum while you dislike bitcoin. Don't mind the advice of your uncle to put your money into a bank, would you let him decide for you when that is your hard earned money?
Its $2000 so if you wil buy btc for it, you can't have 1 BTC but if you invest it to some altcoin, you can have more than anything you wish for. You can either invest on btc to an altcoin, you decide.

Hi there! We need to invest in both bank and bitcoin. As long as fiat is beneficial we need to invest in banks as well. Bitcoin though is the best investment you could ever have. Just weigh how much you need to invest in banks and how much in bitcoin. I agree. You have to diversify it in any other way. Bitcoin has high risk while bank is lesser than bitcoin. There is someone that want you to understand the importance of having a savings. Better to listen to his advice sometime because it also for your own good. You do not have to put all you have to invest in bitcoin because there is small profit going to receive in banks, it is more safer to keep your money. |

Maybe for some people investing bitcoin is very scary, because they think investing in bitcoin is very risky and even they consider investing in bitcoin is a fraud, so they prefer to find safe and invest into the bank.
But for people who already know about the world of crypto, they will definitely invest in bitcoin, because they believe, although very risky but investing in bitcoin offers great benefits.
But for me personally, the best way is half in bitcoin and half in the bank, because when i suffer losses from investing in bitcoin, i still have an investment in the bank.

Don't let anyone decide for your future or for the things that you will do. Learn to take the risk even your relatives are against it, because this market can prove all their negative thoughts wrong. $2k is a great starting capital, and for sure you can have great profit on that if you diversify it into good coins. Keep on learning and invest if you are ready, don't listen to your uncle.  |
