@Lafu: you seem to be the malware expert here, can I get your opinion on ANN: NEW PORTABLE ELECTRUM ENCRYPTED BITCOIN WALLET RELEASED!!! ( archived)? ksystems77's profile says: " This user recently woke up from a long period of inactivity.", and the first thing he does is post a link for "electrum-3.5.8-portable.exe" from some unknown site. I'm no expert on this, but my gut feeling says it's going to steal Bitcoins.
Update: bob123 created [Flag] User "ksystems77" spreading malware. And this takes away all doubt, it's malware:

OK guys, New Raffle Giveaway LOADED SATORI CHIP thanks to ChiBitCTy its on it's way. I use the same list of users like the last giveaway just added myself to it ( I also want that chip ) I made some changed from the previous rules and everything new is marked in red. ow we gonna do it, it's simple. A raffle between all the members posted in our thred, I choose a block and the last digits of the hash address of the block decided the winner*. You can see that we are less than 100 so we will keep repeating until we have a winner. The numbers are given based on most active in the thread so no changes allowed. (except that I added myself at the fist possible position)The reward as I posted before is just symbolic 1mBTC The reward this time is a Physical Satori chip (loaded w .001) donated by our fellow member ChiBitCTy Thank to ChiBitCTy for doing this. Note that the chip will be sent directly from ChiBitCTy and he will cover the shipping fees as well. *- examples : ~2c24f - winner 24 ~fa00c - winner 0 ~fce3a - winner 3 I will PM the winner and he has 24 hours to contact me or post in this thread. If I get no answer from the winner in the next 24 hours after the end of the raffle, we choose another one until the reward is received Additional notes : The winner should provide a valid address where the chip should be sent to, so if the winner have concerns about giving away his address, we can make another agreement or find another winner. Let us go for block 594000Good luck everyone. https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/block/594000

*- examples :
~2c24f - winner 24 ~fa00c - winner 0 ~fce3a - winner 3 I noticed this last time (but only after the draw, and it didn't matter for the result), and I think it's wrong There should be a "03" to make number 3 win, otherwise it's more likely to draw a winner with only 1 digit than a winner with 2 digits. I have data on the first 576,000 blocks, and this would have been the occurences: 5520 97 5515 72 5509 51 5506 14 5505 47 5502 83 5500 73 5495 32 5485 56 5475 70 5461 91 5461 61 5445 33 5442 42 5438 10 5437 82 5436 52 5428 06 5425 71 5425 26 5420 81 5420 18 5413 04 5412 92 5410 94 5410 23 5409 64 5409 09 5405 21 5404 78 5400 75 5399 53 5397 30 5393 12 5390 13 5388 54 5383 63 5380 07 5379 67 5373 60 5371 34 5370 69 5367 89 5367 03 5365 41 5365 22 5364 90 5363 87 5363 58 5362 46 5361 31 5351 76 5351 55 5350 48 5343 01 5339 44 5337 02 5331 96 5329 39 5328 80 5325 50 5320 27 5318 98 5314 28 5312 57 5311 99 5311 59 5310 36 5307 29 5305 17 5305 05 5303 08 5302 16 5299 15 5295 85 5294 40 5294 25 5288 38 5285 43 5285 00 5284 20 5279 84 5278 65 5277 93 5272 49 5271 45 5267 77 5267 24 5266 62 5262 79 5262 11 5257 86 5252 88 5252 35 5251 19 5247 95 5242 37 5240 74 5219 68 5214 66 4391 ("nothing") 3666 3 3656 2 3655 5 3609 1 3606 0 3581 8 3576 4 3532 9 3528 7 3477 6 You can see a fairly normal distribution of all 2-digit numbers, but added to that are 10 extra occurences for only 1 digit that shouldn't be counted. Code used: cat Bitcoinhashes1-576000.txt | rev | cut -c 1-5 | rev | sed 's/[^0-9]*//g' | rev | cut -c 1-2 | rev | sort -n | uniq -c | sort -nr (I now see "rev" is in there twice as many times as needed)

@LoyceV. You know, that was the first time for me to host a raffle, so I got in contact with krogothmanhattan to ask for tips so I used his way of picking up the winner. You pick the last digit(s) from the hash, can be a single digit or in case there are more you pick the last one. you reffering that if the hash ends like > ff04e5 then the winner should be 45, right? From what I understood the winner should be 5 because it's the last singe digit, maybe I'm wrong. Let it be like it is now, (you have a higher chance to win ) and chage it for the next one, if there will be a next one.
We have a winner # 30 Here is the hash of the block : 000000000000000000180141fd29cbbe4aa40ea33e95752e3f1be6385184e430Last activity date is 17 of July and surprise, the account was hacked, according to the last feedback.. Anyway I'll try to get in contact with the guy and if he can sing a message from an old address. If not .. we roll again and I'll take him out of the list. Conclusion, The account was hacked a few mounts ago and it looks like there is no way the owner to prove his ownership as the only ETH posted address was edited according to DarkStar_. I'll sent a PM anyway. Just in case I'll check with ChiBitCTy and we come with decision tomorrow.

@LoyceV. You know, that was the first time for me to host a raffle, so I got in contact with krogothmanhattan to ask for tips so I used his way of picking up the winner. You pick the last digit(s) from the hash, can be a single digit or in case there are more you pick the last one. I think krogothmanhattan usually uses all characters: 0-9 and a-f. That gives 16 possibilities for 1 digit. For what you're doing, the problem is that there's not always 2 numbers in the last 5 characters. A simple fix would be to omit the 5 character limit, and use as many characters as you need to get 2 numbers. So if I take block 575970 for example: hash 00000000000000000010f46e3c11d28bd45958bb485fdaffad4de9dcadefff1c would mean "fff1c" and thus a "1" as winner in your system. I suggest to use the whole hash, and have "91" (00000000000000000010f46e3c11d28bd45958bb485fdaffad4de 9dcadefff 1c) as winner. Conclusion, The account was hacked a few mounts ago and it looks like there is no way the owner to prove his ownership as the only ETH posted address was edited according to DarkStar_. I'll sent a PM anyway. Admin can see all edited versions of a post, and I would expect Cryptios to have the same access.

@LoyceV When you have the time can you trow a list of the users, but remove those with a single post. Sure, I'll post the last entry to show the total number of users per thread. Here's all 4, in the same order you posted them in: The listThe following users have posted x times in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5160697.0This does not mean they're all bad users. Back to the giveaway. 24 hours have passed and I got no answer from kenzawak. That means that we will roll again. This time the raffle will follow the LoyceV's suggestion (see the quote below) and take into account the last two digits of the hash as a winning number. Target block : 594220 good luck everyone.

@LoyceV. I greatly appreciate all you guys and what you do for this forum. Thanks to Iasenko for hosting this raffle!
