When mining DGB - Skein.....is there any advantage to setting difficulty directly in miner?
Difficulty only will limit the amount of bandwidth and server load as a result of your mining. Usually what I do is use vardiff for an hour or two and then whatever the difficulty that it settles at is the fixed diff that I use. You're looking to set it where you'll be sending roughly 10-15 shares per minute usually.
This difficulty will not affect your hashrate.
3 shares per minute is enough. Actually 1 share per minute is good too.
10~15 shares per minute is too much that would harm both network traffic.
How do I use claymore in ethos with miningpoolhub?
I don't know much about ethos. Try 20535 or 20536 port to mine.
I am minning 24+ hours on minningpoolhub with MyriadGroestl 60MH/s - 0.002btc-day(klaust-ccminer) and mined 12 myriadcoins (as seen in my balances), is equivalent to $0.04, but should be 0.002btc, in MYR coins,
what going on??? Maybe my worker mining for another account? Any advice ?
Thank You
Is your hashrate shown correctly at pool?
Also myriad's difficulty goes up and down radically, it's hard to calculate their profit. Check myriadcoin's blocks page. Their difficulty can change x10 within an hour.
Hi, been mining almost exclusively Zcash on MPH over the last 36 hours but my balance hasn't changed. Please look into is asap!!
There were some problem at zcash pool info update. I believe your issue is solved already.
Hey, just started mining on this pool and so far so good. But I have some questions
I'm currently mining eth + sia on a single gtx1080 with claymore dual-miner.
Usually I have 1 eth share every 5-10 minutes because the difficulty is too high (>4096). Setting password to "d=1", "d=1024", "d=0.001" or whatever doesn't seem to do any change. I would like to reduce the difficulty to have 2 or 3 shares per minute so that the dashboard is more accurate. Is that possible on etherum?
Also, using the autoexchange feature and auto payment for a remote btc wallet, is there any withdrawal fee + 0.2% autoexchange fee or is it only the extra 0.2%?
I have 5 rx580 on my way and I'll be mining on this pool, but I'm trying to optimize my profit. Do you recommend using autoexchange and withdraw to a bitstamp account to cash out directly or mine individual coins to bittrex (for example) and then buy BTC and withdraw them to bitstamp?
Thank you
There's no way to set difficulty for ethereum pool. Most pools are static because of some possible vulnerability.
There's no each coin's withdrawal fee for auto exchange. Only 0.2% is charged at auto exchange. (It's included)
Pool charges appropriate fee at bitcoin withdrawal.
I recommend you to use auto exchange and withdraw to bitstamp because small amounts cannot be even exchanged at bittrex.
Pool aggregates all auto exchange requested coins and trade them to overcome minimum trade amount limitation.
Has the auto exchange feature been disabled? It's been more than 24 hours since the last auto exchange was made from DGB, SIA and more to ETH.
The amount of coins credited to the auto exchange keep increasing but it never ends up in my ETH balance.
Many exchange sites had problem with ETH.
Poloniex is still suffering. Bittrex is working well.
I believe auto exchange is working well now. Sorry for late reply.
I think your exchange server is down.... please check.
Only some coin exchanges were stuck at that time. It's resolved.
Sorry for inconvenience.
