I'm getting a "cannot bind to parameter" error, after running MultiPoolMiner, and am getting 0.00MH/s. Am I supposed to go in and manually edit each miner's settings? I'm trying to set up multi-algo switch mining for my 1060 and 1070s.

Hi guys, I am fairly new to mining, started recently with this hub and one thing is not clear to me. When I look at my dashboard I quite often see Est. Shares going above 100%. I don't understand this. I would expect that it would go to 100% and once the block is mined, it would reset and start over again. For example now I see 208%, what does this tell me?

There is a luck factor with any block discovered.  Some blocks take far more hashing power to fully confirm and therefore have "bad" luck and requires more shares to complete.  Others are quick and therefore have good "luck".  No one can predict how much hashing power is going to be required until after the block has been completed.  Since the block only pays out a specific number of coins blocks that require more hashing power are considered unlucky.  Over the long term it averages out to make the 100%.

Is there any way to use auto switch feature with 2gb cards on ethash? Like restrict switching to ETH and ETC, and choose only from EXP and MUSIC?

It will be in the next MultiPoolMiner release that will hopefully be up tomorrow.

Hello? Are you able to read this? Guess what... the best miner ever created has arrived! https://github.com/aaronsace/MultiPoolMiner/releases

Hey Majkl2,     While I'm no expert, after some serious 'refreshing' sprees of the dashboard page I believe the dashboard may lag behind the actual results. I will frequently see something like

Dashboard = Est. shares 209%   and current block # 741630
Pool page = Last block found 741620

Then later my transaction history will shows payouts from multiple blocks  say 741627, 741628 and 741630    (none of which actually took 209%).

Keep an eye on the transactions you may be getting paid for more blocks than you think.

Best of luck and may all your blocks be <100%

Hey. Do you guys use any android app to monitor this pool?

Also, please add support for LBRY and Decred coins. They are very strong on Nvidia gpu's and can be mined with other ethash coins.
Keep up the good work!

Good luck! Have a nice hash

Are there any mining stat API's?

Would be nice to see how many workerss connected, hash rate, balance, etc.

I switched over from zpool and I had a tool built to monitor that via their API, but I don't see anything similar here.

For some reason my Eth Dashboard is not reflecting my hash rate?Huh Anyone else seeing this issue.  I have checked my miners and they are hashing away with no issue.  Not sure why the dashboard is not reflecting this or the earnings.

My getusertransactions call doesn't return any cash outs for ethereum but it does for bitcoin. Can we please fix this? Thanks!

Does the getuserhashrate API call return the correct data?

Hi,

It seems the Zcash pool stats/block details/rewards are stuck?

The last block found has been stuck on 30 confirms needed for a few hours. The COIN MINING STATUS AND PROFITS page has indicated about 4 blocks being found, but the blocks page on the pool has not updated.
Also no rewards have been sent?

Could you please have a look?

Thanks

Sorry it's resolved.

Hello,

First time on miningpoolhub, rented some hashpower on nicehash and trying to connect port 17014 (qubit) but nicehash gives an error "difficulty too low" it says that it should be at least 0.05 but pools difficulty is 0.03 and because of that, it just doesn't even connects to the pool.
btw i have connected with password d=8 which works well with other pools that i'm using. Is there any configuration that i'm missing for nicehash?
user id: 61993

I have set minimum 0.1 difficulty for nicehash miners few days ago. It should work fine.
I don't know why nicehash doesn't notify their changes to pools.

How to configure to use ethos?
Could you tell the configuration to eth?

Sorry I have no idea about ethos. Maybe connecting to 20536 would help because it's dwarf-proxy compatible port.

Hi,
I have been mining on your miningpoolhub.com for ZCash since 3 days.
Earlier the payments used to show in the wallet within 1/2 an hr or so.
But since yesterday evening, i have mined multiple times, but shill no payment , not even unconfirmed ones are shown there.
The graph shows my work but wallet balance and transaction all none.
Kindly help here, its been 25-30 hrs since.
Should i be worried.

Sorry I had to do bunch of backend work lately and couldn't reply to your comments.
I believe it's working well.

Today I started mining on your pool.
I was mining for few hours with 2 workers, of which 1 worked (2x GTX 1060) didn't show real speed.
In actual miner i get about 44MH/s but on the pool it showed speed of ~23MH/s.
Any idea why?

Pool doesn't know actual hashrate but just estimates according to your share inserted. It fluctuates much. Don't worry, it's normal.

Your different hash rates are based on 2 things.  First, your real time hash as seen by your cards on your side, and the lower number is the hash seen by the pool for your successful hashes. Pool will be lower always as your submitted shares will never be exactly what you're hashing at.

As a request for the pool operator, is there a way you can add the newer equihash coins to the multipool?  Zencash and Hush would fit in well for the multipool to swing to when their difficultly drops.

zencash will be added. I don't know much about Hush yet. Will check that too.

No reply from miningpoolhub.com
I'm worried now what will happen to my earning.
Anyone .. what should i do now?
Mods please help.
@ miningpoolhub.com moderater, Kindly solve my problem.
Its been almost 2 days.
Im worried about payments.

Zcash is slow coin at miningpoolhub. If your problem is not solved yet, please tell me your id num. I'll check.

When mining DGB - Skein.....is there any advantage to setting difficulty directly in miner?

Difficulty only will limit the amount of bandwidth and server load as a result of your mining.  Usually what I do is use vardiff for an hour or two and then whatever the difficulty that it settles at is the fixed diff that I use.  You're looking to set it where you'll be sending roughly 10-15 shares per minute usually.

This difficulty will not affect your hashrate.

3 shares per minute is enough. Actually 1 share per minute is good too.
10~15 shares per minute is too much that would harm both network traffic.

How do I use claymore in ethos with miningpoolhub?

I don't know much about ethos. Try 20535 or 20536 port to mine.

I am minning 24+ hours on minningpoolhub with MyriadGroestl 60MH/s - 0.002btc-day(klaust-ccminer) and mined 12 myriadcoins (as seen in my balances), is equivalent to $0.04, but should be 0.002btc,  in MYR coins,
what going on??? Maybe my worker mining for another account? Any advice ?
Thank You

Is your hashrate shown correctly at pool?
Also myriad's difficulty goes up and down radically, it's hard to calculate their profit. Check myriadcoin's blocks page. Their difficulty can change x10 within an hour.

Hi, been mining almost exclusively Zcash on MPH over the last 36 hours but my balance hasn't changed. Please look into is asap!!

There were some problem at zcash pool info update. I believe your issue is solved already.

Hey, just started mining on this pool and so far so good. But I have some questions

I'm currently mining eth + sia on a single gtx1080 with claymore dual-miner.
Usually I have 1 eth share every 5-10 minutes because the difficulty is too high (>4096). Setting password to "d=1", "d=1024", "d=0.001" or whatever doesn't seem to do any change. I would like to reduce the difficulty to have 2 or 3 shares per minute so that the dashboard is more accurate. Is that possible on etherum?

Also, using the autoexchange feature and auto payment for a remote btc wallet, is there any withdrawal fee + 0.2% autoexchange fee or is it only the extra 0.2%?
I have 5 rx580 on my way and I'll be mining on this pool, but I'm trying to optimize my profit. Do you recommend using autoexchange and withdraw to a bitstamp account to cash out directly or mine individual coins to bittrex (for example) and then buy BTC and withdraw them to bitstamp?

Thank you  Wink

There's no way to set difficulty for ethereum pool. Most pools are static because of some possible vulnerability.
There's no each coin's withdrawal fee for auto exchange. Only 0.2% is charged at auto exchange. (It's included)

Pool charges appropriate fee at bitcoin withdrawal.

I recommend you to use auto exchange and withdraw to bitstamp because small amounts cannot be even exchanged at bittrex.
Pool aggregates all auto exchange requested coins and trade them to overcome minimum trade amount limitation.

Has the auto exchange feature been disabled? It's been more than 24 hours since the last auto exchange was made from DGB, SIA and more to ETH.

The amount of coins credited to the auto exchange keep increasing but it never ends up in my ETH balance.

Many exchange sites had problem with ETH.
Poloniex is still suffering. Bittrex is working well.
I believe auto exchange is working well now. Sorry for late reply.

I think your exchange server is down.... please check.

Only some coin exchanges were stuck at that time. It's resolved.
Sorry for inconvenience.

Are there any plans to support Decred, Lbry, and Pascal algorithms?

Yeah I have plan but busy with current pool maintenance still. Can't move forward for few weeks due to several ETH payout problem, DB server upgrade, DDoS attacks.
Sorry but I'm doing my best.

There's no official android app yet. I just prefer webview due to its security cocnerns when using third party android apps.

Yeah I'll add those coins.
