lol...I see your point but does it really hurt to ask? You are free to say "no". I will be waiting like everyone else to buy on the exchange when my BTC arrives, I just didn't want to miss out on the excitement when it's listed. I will also consider mining. With respect to my first post being an ask for AIRcoin that reflects my confidence in this coin, so please - no disrespect intended.  :-)

I'm not sure if everyone noticed, but OkayPool has about 50% (+/- 5%) of the overall hashing. I think you should remove "avoid this pool" because it does the exact opposite of its purpose.

It would be beneficial if the pool ops started to raise their fees the closer you get to 50%, then drop it back down when the rush is over.

Does anyone know if a 51% attack has ever been attempted on any coin?

EDIT: I am not saying any AIRcoin pool operators would do this..

Can anyone please tell me what it means if some entity controls 51%? What are the potential ramifications? I mine at okaypool but my prehistoric computer only contributes .2 MH so I'm of little consequence.

I didn't mean to sound so harsh, I just get worn down when I see so many people asking for free coins when all the miners are paying to get theirs (rigs, electricity, time). And yes, this coin doesn't come easy at 3.72 coins per block. Also, asking for free coins is essentially asking for free $, because it takes very real resources to create them and they're several steps away from being exchanged into real dollars.

That's all good :-) You have a very valid point and I do retract asking for free Coins.
Do you know what time frame on Poloniex they will be available? I'm confused as well about being on the exchange "tonight" comment.  I know someone has asked already but my excitement is bubbling! :-)
