NEWSOk, for those wondering why the price of MYR has shot up, here's the news...... Myriad is about to be partially re-branded as a coin for Brazil, but without the airdrop and it's attendant problems, but more an educational exercise with the likes of Bryce Weiner playing a major role in the project. You can see Bryce's talk yesterday about Myriad, Brazil and his involvement here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22ToGW_dOFANB: I am struggling to believe that I have had to write this several hours after the announcement, where is the publicity machine devs? If this were Blackcoin, the devs would have been on to it like wildfire, but here everybody has to root around and find what's causing the price rise for themselves - madness. Just wondering or did I mix tings up ? rt2 (rotocoin) did exactly say the same and same video.... ?! Errrr, I hope not, you're scaring me now..... I've done a search for bryce and roto and can't find anything significant. Im sorry ! I mixed things up. Page 156 of this thread was the link and not roto. Im to much in this forum....  This is exactly what I mean, someone needs to take charge of publicity, put it all in one place and make it absolutely clear what is going on with MYR. There's barely a mention about this significant development on the MYR Twitter account. |

Could this be the reason why SHA algo difficulties suddenly shoot up 4 x in less than an hour ? Its still holding the difficulties. Big BTC miner moving in before the big raise in value ? |

Maybe its only 1 big miner from SHA move in. |

Hey guys, I created a sticky post on /r/myriadcoin for us to discuss and brainstorm all ideas about Myriad expanding it's influence into Brazil. http://www.reddit.com/r/myriadcoin/comments/22p638/myriad_and_brazil_official_community/Direct any questions, ideas, stream of consciousness, etc. to the link above. We are starting from scratch basically with the support of Bryce and his company. This is a first-of-its kind initiative so no one person will have all the answers or best ideas. Let's work together as a community on this and come up with the best gameplan imaginable! |

Myriad will undergo a partial rebranding (users outside Brazil WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS), meaning an alternative wallet with an alternative name and logo will be made for the brazilian people.
Anything Bryce Weiner says should be taken as truth unless discarded by me or 8bit. We are in a partenership with blocktech represented by Bryce and this is going to happen.
I cannot share any other details for now, hopefully Bryce Weiner will make an official statement.
